Just say you’re not interested or nothing at all, their lack of awareness is less infuriating than you acting this way I’m autistic and 0% of me would have understood this as sarcasm. I do struggle with telling what is sarcasm, since everybody uses it slightly differently, and also text only is so poor to be able to tell. I’ve been getting alot of these kind of similar messages on discord. What’s up with that ??? Lol. I got text message like that from the Paul Skenes Player Shirt moreover I will buy this “rector” of my parish (using an incorrect domain) asking me to go to the store to get $800 of Apple gift cards. I was in the hospital with pneumonia, on an IV drip. I asked the “rector” if he wanted me to disconnect the IV drip, get dressed, call a Lyft to pick me up and take me to the supermarket where I would pick up the cards, go back to the hospital, undress, and reinsert the IV drip. I said I’d have to be very discreet since I was also on a heart monitor. I mean I have ADHD and sometimes it’s really hard for me to detect sarcasm. It might also be on you, not just them. tbh that’s on you. I couldn’t even tell you were being sarcastic. Maybe if this conversation had been irl it would’ve been more easily recognizable, but over text you seemed genuine. Sorry about your health, though. Hope you make a full recovery.
