Viral Pat McAfee Salt Lake City quote on black hoodie

This black hoodie displays the bold text “PAT MCAFEE HATES ME | SALT LAKE CITY” above a red jagged mountain line graphic. It captures the recent online discussion surrounding Pat McAfee’s comments about Salt Lake City and the University of Utah. The design turns a viral sports media moment into wearable fan gear for those who followed the controversy closely.

Design details and comfort

The front print uses bold typography in white and red block lettering for high visibility against the dark fabric. A red mountain silhouette references the Wasatch Range, grounding the slogan in its local context. This unisex fit hoodie is made from soft cotton fleece, making it suitable for casual wear by NFL fans and local supporters alike.

Product specifications

Material: Cotton fleece blend. Color: Black base with red and white print. Style: Pullover hoodie with front pouch pocket and hood. Care: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low to preserve print integrity.

Why does Pat McAfee hate Salt Lake City?

The phrase references Pat McAfee’s public commentary during College GameDay broadcasts regarding the University of Utah and Salt Lake City. This hoodie is fan-made merchandise celebrating that specific viral moment and debate. It serves as a visual nod to the arguments fans had across social media platforms.

Is this an official Pat McAfee product?

No, this is an independent fan-made item inspired by Pat McAfee’s public statements. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by Pat McAfee, ESPN, or the University of Utah. The design exists purely as commentary apparel created by iafaxp for fans who enjoy the discourse.

Who is this hoodie for?

This hoodie appeals to NFL fans, listeners of the Pat McAfee Show, and residents of Salt Lake City who recognize the local reference. It works well as conversation-starting apparel for people following the sports media controversy. You can also gift it to friends who appreciate funny football hoodie designs tied to current events.

How should I care for this printed hoodie?

To maintain the quality of the red and white print, machine wash the hoodie inside out in cold water. Avoid using bleach or high heat when drying, as these can damage the cotton fleece fabric and cause the graphic to crack. Proper washing ensures the print durability lasts through many wears.
