Terminating you in reaction to asking for a raise would not be retaliatory since that’s not a protected action. But as the Panda fusion fullmetal alchemist fusion shirt so you should to go to store and get this OP’s post indicates, terminating people after they take part in an organized effort to seek increased wages could be seen as retaliation against a protected action. This is literally the only place I’ve ever heard anyone even make the claim. My guess is most stories are true, but those employees were on the verge of being fired anyway. This is bar-none the best labor market in the past several decades. The number of people in here claiming to be fired for trivial reasons just feels too improbable to be true. Companies are bending over backwards to get employees in the door. A month ago I got a job offer above my ask. Sure some employers are stupid and behind the times thinking they have the leverage. But I can’t imagine they make it long in today’s enironment.

Yes. I was fired for asking for a raise. The owner felt slighted that I wanted more than $20/hr for being the Panda fusion fullmetal alchemist fusion shirt so you should to go to store and get this company’s graphic designer, customer service, videographer, photographer, product designer and technician, etc. I wore a lot of hats and I wasn’t getting paid well enough for it. If you’re not a high performing employee then they could just fire you and get someone else for the same or cheaper, but without the baggage. Teen vogue? They have consistently been writing a lot of great articles for years now. here’s an article talking about it from 2018 I remember a few years back people lost their minds when they did a really informative article on comprehensive sex Ed. In the 2000s girls read magazines like this to get makeup tips and see what Zac Efron looks for in a girlfriend. Gen Z doesn’t give a shit about that so teen magazines had to step up the journalism a bit. Also they have millennial writers now who want to give young girls useful advice. Kim Kelly, @grimkim on Twitter, is a long time Teen Vogue columnist. Her book, Fight Like Hell, is now available for purchase. She did a couple interviews in leftist media this week and seems really cool. this is an odd thing to admit but 1 im almost 40 and 2 i used to read my sisters magazines all the time. see back in my day before electronics, magazines were like netflix subs and we’d share passwords and everything. best part of those mags was all the embarrassing true stories sections about how much stuff you chicks could get tampons stuck to. fuggin hilarious! (:D anyway, part of that experience was learning all those stupid mags from Vogue to Teen Vogue to Maxim Stuff Rolling Stone etc etc, they all have real no-shit honest to god articles in them about various topics. Like you might not care about the makeup industry but pick up enough Vogues and your ass will learn about the industry to some extent.
