It was, is, and shall remain a massive waste of resources, time, and attention. And that would still be the Ovechkin 700 goals for Washington capitals fans shirt and I love this case if it had functioned as intended. But it didn’t! So it’s also a useless monument to the legacy of the president who never should have been. ? And yet those fucks still had the fucking gall to chant “Build the wall” during the state of the union address. A wall without someone to stand guard is worthless. The only way to shut down the silk road is to put more personnel on the border. Yes the border that is not complete.. it’s almost as if “breaching” and walking around seems to be misleading.. i love when people, some who even dislike Trump, will tell me, “no, the wall is stopping people from getting over,” and in my head I just montage all the clips i’ve seen of people getting passed the wall. “uh huh.” All the wall is is a symbol. It’s like an art piece dedicated to morons. They don’t even give a shit if it works. That’s just the amount of times they were caught. Surely there are networks of tunnels, drones, and boats that get through all of the time. See, this was actually an Intended design. See, he wanted their BEST, so clearly he developed a HIGHLY sophisticated test wall that only the best and brightest people could pass, that way they could help America become-

You know, I was writing this as if it was dripping with sarcasm, but the Ovechkin 700 goals for Washington capitals fans shirt and I love this more I wrote, the more it sounded like something I could hear someone on Fox News actually saying and it made me sick. They do understand human beings have been able to overcome big walls for the last 5 thousand years right? That’s like a part of human nature. We see a giant wall and we figure a way around it. No shit, it’s just a fat inconvenience at best. Republicans have always just railed against illegal immigration and the border as a talking point. The fact that Trump was able to gain support off of the Mexican border during his run just shows how little people care to pay attention. Obama had some of the most effective border legislation in recent memory, and border crossing were at decades low. The wall was just effective messaging if you’re a Cletus and just think “well big wall block people,” instead of realizing the border is way too long for it to have a substantial impact. But somehow the “anti-border democrats” get shit while they STILL wanted to pour money into border security, just with more modern solutions. All this argument shows is people just think their party is doing a great job the second they get into office, while not giving a rats ass to see if it’s true or not.
