Abortion became a very useful tool for the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this Republican Party from the late 1970s on. After decades, Republicans have actually had to make good on their implicit promise to end easy access, now they may face a backlash. free healthcare with immediate access for all school children. They give a lot of good advice ti kids as well. Girls know everything they need to know about reproductive health. a working, stable, real democracy with a multi-party parliament and a proportional (non-binary) election system Thank god abortion and infanticide have nothing on common. Abortions are not performed in infants, they are performed on embryos well… abortion is used as a means to get voters (from both sides of the political spectrum) — whenever democrats are in office, the abortion laws are loosened (which is what needs to be all the time btw), whenever republicans are in office, the abortion laws are tightened. its a voter issue that make/breaks votes. i doubt we will see a presidential candidate in our lifetime that is neutral on the issue because of this reason. Literally half the country thinks that the US is officially a Christian country. We have a part of the country that stretches across certain states from west to east called the “Bible Belt”, indicating the states that have a predominantly conservative and religious population. Pretty much all of the most restrictive abortion laws are within the Bible Belt, or close to it.

The religious right is very strong here, considering how they also influence the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this federal government, so they can absolutely influence policies in more liberal states like California and Massachusetts. Personally I think the whole thing about “protecting babies” is just a right-wing scapegoat to distract the general public from realizing that their other policies are screwing people who live in those states over majorly. If they can get people to go on a vendetta about how abortion is evil no matter what, people aren’t going to pay attention to say, the fact the government social services they rely on are getting cut, lower quality schools, extreme poverty, etc. Can’t speak for anyone but myself but while I do think access to safe procedures when the mother is at risk is a good thing, I still don’t like the act of abortions compared to taking a morning after pill and safe practices.
The problem is that the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this morning after pill is not always useful. It postpones ovulation, but if the woman is already ovulating, the morning after pill won’t work. It also doesn’t cover situations where the condom or anticonception fails – it wouldn’t be healthy to take the after pill after every sex. The right chose decades ago to deliberately make it as divisive as possible in order to drive a wedge between working class people most likely to otherwise vote against the right’s interests. It’s because the USA has religious politicians, and they don’t seem to understand that religion and politics shouldn’t be mixed. Pro lifers tend to also support the death penalty. They are also more likely to vote for less funding for schools and poor people. They don’t give a shit about the baby once it is born.

Funnily enough, those that consider themselves pro life are also more likely to be anti vax and will scream about MEDICAL FREEDUM!!!!! Yup. The “pro-lifers” are defunding free school lunches for children living in poverty. They vote down the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this child tax credit and anything else that makes the lives of children better. The US clings onto a lot of strangely puritanical beliefs. On one hand, there are people that genuinely feel it’s murder. On the other hand, you have people that believe children are punishment for sex and that you should be punished. This is the US, where even medical nudity has a strange shade of sexuality to it for some reason. We have very strange views on certain topics that have clung on strongly. It doesn’t help that our politics have become team sports. I feel like every election cycle the debate gets a little more hysterical, because it’s a great single-issue voter grab. Think of the children or think of the women.
A pro-lifer (I am not one) would say you consent to the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this risk of this when you have sex with a person of the opposite sex. It’s a useful political tool that has helped Republicans win elections for five decades. If I position myself as the baby-loving candidate, the suggestion is that my opponent is the baby-killing candidate. And because it’s an issue with little gray area, it helps to divide the electorate; you either believe it should be illegal or you don’t. It’s only in the last few years that the conservative pro-life strategy has started to unravel. Several states, including red states, have voted to protect abortion rights. I think people believe the anti-abortion folks have gone too far and are pushing back. But being a pro-life candidate is still a winning stance in about half the country’s congressional districts. In the US Republican Party, sadly, hell, yes. Since the 1980s, Republicanism has been corrupted by them. It’s almost impossible these days for a Republican to be pro-choice
We like to have the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this freedom to control women’s bodies. There was this movement, years ago. Women demanded the right to vote, and do so without their husband’s oversight. The response was that (emotionally) small men needed leverage against women, so they turned to moral outrage. They tried a number of things, but of those ‘Abortion = murder’ became the most effective method of browbeating women. They slapped a sticker on it that proclaimed ‘God said’, in direct defiance of what’s actually written in the Bible (‘Reading the Bible is something you need to just leave to us anyway.’) and repeated it loudly and often and from as many pulpits as they could . And the strange thing is that politicians on the other side of the aisle found it to be a useful boogeyman. ‘Vote for us or they’ll take away your rights!’ Now, that side feels dumbfounded that it actually happened. ‘Codifying Roe vs Wade into actual law isn’t a priority for today.’ turned into ‘how could you?’ We had such a good thing going?’
A few local politicians are fighting the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this fight, but our national ones are asleep at the wheel, flouncing about as they try to figure out how to handle what happens when political showmanship turns into a street fight, and we’ve got to hope that we can vote out the ones using below the belt shots because the ones the ones that want to pose and posture aren’t looking out for us either. Religion is about control. Political religion is about cherry picking the Bible to morally elevate the oppressors actions to something God himself has sanctioned. This issue was resolved 50 years ago and the majority of the country is pro-choice. It is and always has been about perspective. It’s contentious because republicans need it to be. They utilize culture wars, knowing many of their supporters are united in hate and false beliefs and many are unhinged. 43% of Republicans watch fake news. Fear, hate, misinformation, etc is what the GOP (like religion) needs to survive. They are too stubborn, greedy and lack accountability. They know abortion rights will bury them but they have nothing else. They are beholden to their religious mega donors so they must continue. The religious right decided to focus on this once they couldn’t complain about desegregation anymore without looking like the bad guys that they, and Jesus thinks they are.
You do understand that in most of those countries you reference, abortions are only legal up to a certain point? Because a kid is getting killed. We need to talk about this. You can’t just determine a human is worth as much as trash without people getting upset about it. Under life threats, I can see that being a harsh decision a physician has to make considering both of his other patients. (Yes, in the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this medical field we do absolutely consider a pregnant woman and her child to be two distinct patients when we’re treating them). As a form of birth control? Sorry. You had tons of options. It’s not a form a birth control. It’s an emergency procedure that results in the death of a person. You have to take that seriously.
Christian influence. America is a more religious place than most other developed countries and when you’re religious, you’re less likely to compromise on your values. Also, America’s system seems to amplify these voices. Polls show most Americans are pro-choice but the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this pro-life movement gets outsized influence somehow. They very confused by the Whole Love Everyone bit and make up lots of exceptions to justify why they Hate EVERYONE who doesn’t conform to what they think is ok. I think if abortion was used as intended when roe v wade first became law it would be totally different. It was meant for occasional incidents. But then it became a form of birth control. Now people are trying to get pregnant so that they can have an abortion. It’s just out of control The supreme court overreached, which has now been corrected, and decided to make up a civil right to abortion that never really existed.
Now that had been overturned, abortion law will be set by the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this legislature, as it is everywhere else, and will eventually stop being a contentious issue. Because it involves murdering the unborn. Ripping a baby limb from limb, taken out one piece at a time. It’s sick and satanic. What do you mean by most countries have figured it out? The U.S. has some of the most liberal abortion laws in the world. It is easier to get an abortion in Canada and China, but it is significantly harder in Europe. It is illegal in vast majority of countries. Can you specify in which countries in Europe it’s harder to get an abortion than in the US? I live in Europe, and in my country it is extremely easy to get an abortion up to 12 weeks of pregnancy, no questions asked, also there’s zero public discussion on whether it should be illegal or not, it’s just accepted as something normal that people have the right to make this decision for themselves. It may be illegal in the vast majority of countries in the world, but not in majority of developed countries.
The only country in Europe in which abortions are banned is Poland – which is super religious. In the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this vast majority of European countries are abortions legal and quite easy to get. Bullshit! Except Poland (super religious), every single European country has made abortion legal within a certain time frame. For my country is 12 weeks. Killing your child is immoral everywhere. If you don’t believe so, just view some ultra sounds images at 1,2,3 and 4 months. You are killing your child. Then you must live with the regret that causes for life. Thank God abortions have nothing to do with killing children. We abort embryos, not children. And even if it was a child, no one should be required to donate their body for 9 months to save someone else life?
Would you sacrifice your health and body to save someone else? Ok, maybe you personally would. But should everyone be legally required to sacrifice their health for others? No, body autonomy is a human right. If an embryo can’t survive on its own, I don’t have to donate my body to it Keep studying. Look at a growing embryo at 3 months. Anyone who has an abortion after 60 days is a heartless, soul less twat. It’s not just abortion: every “topic” is currently contentious in the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this U.S. People hate each other because of the type of car they drive. You can argue it endlessly because nearly every argument you can make up could technically apply to someone else, like if we define it as consciousness technically people asleep or in a coma aren’t conscious so is it ok to kill them?
People can’t see the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this forest through the trees. All they concentrate on is the tribe mentality of it. They align with one point of view and dig their heels in. It’s contentious, because the national Association of women is a gigantic lobbying group that spends millions of millions of dollars bribing congressmen. And they have had a major campaign to convince women that they have the right to murder a baby inside the womb. Men don’t have the right. And if somebody kills the woman that is pregnant, they’re in charge of the double homicide. So only a woman can decide to murder it, and they say that they should be able to murder it at any time at all even up to a week before that delivered. Or the day before it’s delivered and that nobody can say otherwise. This is a horrific human rights abuse. And the ironic thing is that half of the babies murdered our girls. That’s how bad it’s gotten in the United States. So the only changes happened is that they said that it’s not a constitutional issue. The right to murder a baby should not be in the constitution. It’s a state right issue. So the Supreme Court decided that. This is happened many times before where the Supreme Court decides that something is not a federal issue but it’s a state issue. There’s been really no change in access to abortion since the decision was made. But the national association of women and feminist are furiousat even losing 1 inch of their insistence on being able to murder unborn children
The US is very religious. Christians believe that life begins at conception. Thus they see abortion as murder. Even though you’re literally just removing a clump of cells that can’t think or sense anything. They have other methods of removing unwanted children that fit their economic model and ideology – namely shooting them in schools. Don’t worry the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this US will get those children one way or another! Caucasian are projected to become the minority. Specifically Caucasian males is only demo that is anti growing. Forced birth regardless of conception, mother’s risk is insane. The youngest premature baby to survive to date was 21 weeks . The obvious line for uncontested abortions is 12 weeks. At that point mom has missed atleast 2 cycles.
I’m from the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this US.. I think abortions are everyone’s right up until women start using it as birth control. It’s not birth control. Then it turns into murder in my opinion. When I was in my 20’s I had so many friends get abortion after abortion and it was disgusting but at the time none of my business. I’m 45 now and those same people can’t have kids because of all the abortions they had. It is absolutely contentious in other countries. This is not just a US thing. It’s a fundamental question of human rights and when a fetus should qualify for them. Think about it, pregnant women have to drive to a clinic so a doctor can take some foreceps and rip a fetus apart and pull it out of her vagina like some tender rack of ribs, and I guess that totally okay, because it doesn’t have soul or whatever. And sure, there are less evasive procedures, if it’s early. But What about condoms, pulling out, plan b, vasectomies, getting tubes tied? We have all of these options at our disposal but we insist on foreceps baby back rib time at the planned parenthood clinic? Fetus chemical warfare? I get it, rape happens, life threatening complications happen, I’m not some “my way or the highway no compromise” conservative, but abortion isn’t a way for sluts to dump their fetuses so they can keep up their lifestyle. Feel free to downvote, Reddit, if this bothers you.
Because each social security number generated is worth money to the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this government. Every kid is another potential soldier and tax payer. It’s just votes by the Supreme Court. Some states still allow abortion others don’t. Just live in a state that matches with your views. Most states don’t change their political stance. If you don’t like abortion, go live in Texas, if you like it go live in California basically. It isn’t a new thing to be able to move to whatever state best aligns with your political views Like, for instance, the pro-abortion politicians and activists can see no limit for elective abortion (not medically necessary) – not even at the point of birth, when the child is viable and it’s not even medically advisable. As for pro-life politicians and activists, they won’t even concede such cases as pregancies from incestual assaults.
I, myself, am pro-life, I believe in God so I know it’s a grievious sin, but I think you should save who you can by not antagonizing large percentages of the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this population, and let God impart judgment for the rest when their time comes, according to His wisdom. With all due respect, but I believe mom should not be permitted to kill her ALIVE unborn son or daughter because she chose it’s not the time for her now to be a mom. It’s not like 30 years ago. You can find out if you are pregnant or not with a week or less and get rid of your NOT ALIVE unborn baby.🙂 Because life liberty and the pursuit of happiness is an important line in our documents. We are the last beacon of common sense who understand that life is primary amongst these and that abortion is murder. Except it is not a right. It’s a legal question where the rights and choices of the mother are put up against the rights of the unborn human being. Abortion is a medical procedure which terminates the life of a human being. That is technically and legally murder. Then there is the question of life itself. What is it? Well some on the left like to dehumanize it by saying that it is their body and their choice and that it is just a bunch of cell tissue. Except that too is not technically or legally accurate. It is a uterus with an fertilized egg that is melted into a new DNA structure that is dividing which is technically and legally a human life. It you are resign and allow immoral things such as murder to occur or even participate or advocate then you are just as guilty of the murder. Politicians and legislators are beholden to the constitution whose primary directive is to protect the life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness of its citizens. Notice that life comes first. Politicians that advocate for abortion are in direct conflict with the constitution that they took an oath to defend and protect. It is a question of morality against anarchical level of freedom so how could it be anything but contentious.
It’s a legal question where the Our Football Is Bigger Than Your Expectations Nike x FC Barcelona La Liga Champions 2024 25 With 28 League Titles Won Shirt also I will do this rights and choices of the mother are put up against the rights of the unborn human being. I don’t get why you get downvoted. It’s tragic if a conflict between two human beings can only get resolved by one of them dying, but making it easier by dehumanizing the one you want to die is unworthy of our civilisation. I’ve got the karma points to spend. In terms of Reddit those down votes are positive in my opinion. Also, everyone knows to open the collapsed posts if the want an objective retort. I don’t get why you’re downvoted too. I am not from the US where the huge discussions are, but I understand your opinion and I understand opposite opinions too. I mean, abortion takes a human life the chance to actually live. That’s a fact. Couldn’t imagine the massive guilt that comes with abortion. On the other side, I wouldn’t want to have a kid when I never planned to have some. So what I don’t get at the end of the day is: Why not giving birth to the child and then giving it to adoption in a family that actually wishes for a child? No one gets killed and no one would have an unwanted child. Why don’t people talk about this option more? It’s a solid solution for unwanted pregnancies I think.
