Wednesday was my favorite day of the Original Playa From The Himalayas Retro Movie Martin Lawrence Show T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this week becuase it was the day I planned and made dinner – My mom gave me a budget and I had to include at least 1 side that was a vegetable, but those were the only rules. I ate healthy with little muss or fuss. They’re little humans, why not treat them as such? I will say, though, my parents did really drop the ball on one aspect of my diet… Soda. I genuinely didn’t drink water until I was in my 20s. No wonder my teeth were shit. In my experience it’s never an adult sized portion, they’re throwing a fit over half a chicken nugget and a bite of mac and cheese. they need to eat enough to survive. My parents used to serve me large portion sized meals because I was too “skinny”. I was overweight when I reached puberty and got told I was too greedy. They pretty much tried to sabotage my ‘diet’ attempts by cooking tasty unhealthy foods. Had ED all my life since. Mom now has diabetes and dad has high BP and heart conditions. So maybe some parents are just mental?

My parents were so worried I had an eating disorder when really I just rarely had a big appetite. Many concerned “just two more bites” comments. Now much older I still don’t have a huge appetite and often have to force myself to eat I was forced to sit for hours when eating. My kids have always been told to listen to their body. I never understood how parents make their kids eat certain things but they can have an opinion on disliking it. I raised my son to eat until he is satisfied. I am overweight and he is not. Hopefully broke some family patterns with that one small choice. My stepdad made me eat two huge spoons of ketchup because I put too much on my plate. This was like 1998 so it was like .002 of ketchup. It took me two hours. I wasnt allowed to get up from the Original Playa From The Himalayas Retro Movie Martin Lawrence Show T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this table until I was finished. I had straight A’s and perfect school attendance. I look back and consider it child abuse.
