I never said don’t pay your bills. Burnout mostly happens when you feel over worked and lose passion. I know most people won’t agree with me. I’ve been very happy at a job before, for 10 years. Every other aspect of my life was great because of it. I was able to focus on other areas because I wasn’t exhausted or depressed from work. I just said don’t settle and keep trying to find happiness. People can choose how they want to go about doing that. And I’m not the Original grease sing-a-long shirt and by the same token and kinda guy who oh I have to have a huge house fancy car etc. and if simple living is what ur after then go for it. But when ur in a 20ft hole u gotta dog itself out or ur gonna have to live in that whole forever. Idk what you mean by catch a break. It sounds like you have had amazing opportunities with high level jobs of different sorts due to your education. It also sounds like you a person that doesn’t want to work. None of us really do but you have picks of different high level fields most don’t. Suck it up, you picked these skills after all. The issue is you bud. Seems like you find any excuse to leave a job not every job or company is perfect Jesus man get it together and stop feeling sorry for yourself

Original grease sing-a-long shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

You worked in healthcare but don’t like patient facing or non patient facing roles? I think you’re expectations are the Original grease sing-a-long shirt and by the same token and problem here tbh, not necessarily that you need to find this one career track that’s “meant for you”. A job is a job, only the select talented/lucky ones get to be a pop star or super athlete, just get a job that’s not sales cuz that’s high pressure and you have to preform, and just clock in clock out, that’s what most people do, be smart with your money, which will be a massive change given your 200K in debt, look into student loan forgiveness through nonprofits/government jobs cuz 200K to pay and you’re almost 40 is wild I never understood why a college education costs so damn much in the US. I’ve a first class honours degree from Ireland that Cost me very little at all. College education in Ireland is effectively free to most people once you get accepted to the course you want to do in the college or university you want.
