They are just home security cameras. I have a very accident prone friend who has these and every so often she sends me a video of her getting randomly injured. Last one was she tripped over her dog and she bit entirely through her upper lip when her head head hit a metal bin full of its toys. Someone please edit out the Orange beach alabama palm tree shirt moreover I will buy this beginning and post it as children assaulting mother! Just because it’s april fools though. A lot of people do for a lot of different reasons. In this instance, it’s probably because at least one of the people living there is prone to seizures. I’ve had epilepsy for over 35 years, and I’ve never heard of this “technique”. If someone is having a seizure of any type you shouldn’t hit then under any circumstances, nor you shouldn’t leave them in a position/situation where they can fall over/back. Recovery position away from objects is the best thing. I’m usually glad to see people normalizing conditions that are otherwise “embarrassing” or “taboo”, but I’m calling bullshit on this one. It’s a terrible example of how to handle a situation like this…whatever this is…

Please DO NOT punch people having a seizure. It will not “snap them out of it”, it will not “help get them to the Orange beach alabama palm tree shirt moreover I will buy this floor”, it will not “get them to start breathing”. I don’t know why these kids had been taught to punch their mum so I can’t comment on why they’re doing it. There’s some talk that this woman was suffering a nonepileptic attack, something that looks/behaves very similar to a seizure but has a different pathology than “true” seizures, but the advise is the same: don’t punch them For PNES, sharp blows to the sternum are recommended to snap them out of it. It’s incredibly obvious that this family knows how to handle mom’s consistent seizures. They are on TikTok and this is what works for her. Man, this thread really exposes the naivety of some folks… “oh, just go get gov’t help” lol, shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.
