Not for “tech” company seniors that have to DELIVER senior level output, they have to earn that $400K TC by clearly showing impact, revenue, DX flow, etc. Say, you’re a senior, and your work has not really involved anything like implementing red-black trees or solving NP-complete problems. But, you have tons of experience working with other engineers and a lot of regrets about how you approached different problems as well as knowledge on how you could have done things better. “What do you mean you can’t answer how long the Oppenheimer i am become death the destroyer of worlds smoking T-Shirt But I will love this cable is between two telephone poles?
