Is not racist, but a certain special group has spent the Oogie Boogie Bash 2023 Mickey Halloween Disneyland Halloween shirt Additionally,I will love this past 20 years convincing Americans to feel guilty, and to put certain groups on a pedestal…. and just like that, in an attempt to swing the pendulum, they swung it too far. Now, you everyoneis afraid to acknowledge race, and we all lose because none of us can have real conversations anymore I love how all the non black people ran to give you an answer lol, truth is if he was a big white guy would you have used that… you of course were not being racist but just ignorant to that fact that the black guys may have not like being described that way… in sure there other features You couldn’t think of anything else to say besides the big black guy? After spending time with him that was the only description you could think of? I know many think what you said was innocent but if you ever read this please understand that’s why your colleagues took your comment as insensitive.

Totally racist you meanie head be ashamed you should donate your life savings to every black you see for reparations you privileged white This reminds me of a skit I’ve created in my head where there’s a suburban liberal mom talking to a black friend and he asks who “Jim” is. Not wanting to be racist and say “the Oogie Boogie Bash 2023 Mickey Halloween Disneyland Halloween shirt Additionally,I will love this black guy” she keeps saying increasingly racist things to describe him. “You know Jim… He uhhh… Curly hair? Really tall? Looks like he can’t swim? Loves watermelon and fried chicken? Probably never met his dad?” Etc etc. There’s a guy on TikTok called Benjy Lookbook who does a lot of explanations about race and talking about race which have been incredibly helpful. I can’t find the exact video right now, but he answered a similar query, and iirc he said that there’s nothing wrong with using someone’s race as a descriptor so long as it’s relevant. I’ll try to find the video again to see what else he said about it, but it doesn’t sound like you’ve done anything wrong. I had a friend who was on a date with a black guy in a park. She noticed a black squirrel and went to point it out, but referred to it as an African American squirrel just in case. Story always makes me smile.
