For me, I kind of fulfilled my “fun” stage in life. I had traveled to 40+ countries, eaten at many of the Old no i am vintage stitch shirt and I will buy this best restaurants on Earth, snowboarded 30+ days a year, etc. Around 34 it started to feel meaningless. Like how many more Michelin 3 star restaurants do I have to go to to feel satisfied? I genuinely get more joy raising my kiddo than anything else. Just make sure you have the right partner – kids don’t fix relationships, they strain them. Personally I think you’re missing out on one of the fundamental aspects of living. You will never experience the love and joy of a baby smiling back at you and you being its whole world. To see what you and your partner could create together and to grow as people by becoming parents, giving those children the best start in life. I have a couple of young boys and it’s extremely hard at times, but so rewarding. There is something deeply spiritual/out of this world about having kids that you just can’t explain to people who don’t have them.

Sometimes I regret the Old no i am vintage stitch shirt and I will buy this spare time I used to have but then I look a some friends without kids and their life seems lacking a deep purpose. They seem to line up “activities” to pass time and get short term gratification. I feel a life without kids is like spending the summer playing video games rather than having a project such as building a house. One is easier and less stressful, the other is hard but much more fulfilling in the end. I guess, for me, the purpose of life is taking on responsibilities as you grow as a person, not running away of them. And having kids is the ultimate responsibility. Mid & late 30s. I nap whenever I feel like it. I’m naked in my house all the time. When I want to do or get something, I just walk out the door and do it.
