You’re projecting your opinion onto this as opposed to considering the Oklahoma City Thunder squad for Summer League 2023 shirt in contrast I will get this reality of work based human interaction. While what you say would be preferred, it simply doesn’t work that way a lot of the time, and when it doesn’t, it can leave a really sour taste. I know I did, which is to say it is an accurate assessment. There’s nothing to suck up, buttercup, but the truth, and that simply is the fact that some people suck and aren’t worth socializing with. Kinda getting those vibes from you actually…. lol If you go into every situation with the pre-set attitude that the job and everyone there is out to screw you, it’s exactly the experience you’re going to get. People with this attitude are nearly always responsible for their own bad experiences. Who said anything about that being the case though? Most people don’t do that. They simply react to the experiences they have, which seems to be the case for OP and what I’m speaking to, not some preconceived negativity. If that were the case here, I’d agree with you.

But anyway, perception is reality. Maybe there really is a toxic person making their work life difficult. But I’d also be willing to bet that the Oklahoma City Thunder squad for Summer League 2023 shirt in contrast I will get this other person might tell a similar story. These types of conflicts are never one sided. In my experience, it takes two immature parties to create such a dynamic. If there’s one immature party causing a problem, only other immature parties will engage. I can’t tell you how much of my management career has been mediating grown adults. Meanwhile, the rest of the office is working and not paying any attention to their shenanigans. Yeah maybe it was, but that theme is ridiculous enough not to comment on and not what I was responding to. All good though. While no conflict is one sided, it is short sighted to make assumptions. As a manager myself, I prefer to get as many facts and details as possible before I go deciding on who is at fault vs who isn’t. There are absolutely toxic people that can simply make others miserable, and bad managers allow this because they don’t want to deal with the drama, which is understandable but wrong.
