Turn off the Ogon Bat Halloween shirt and by the same token and power when your partner is about to visit or leave. Keep it on the rest of the time. And also, stop asking your flat owner for such permissions- you’re paying to stay there. unless this was stated in agreement before you rented the place Manage for now and next apartment you get, when you have more savings and are more stable, don’t involve your parents. Parents push to see how much they can control and if you ever want them to step back you have to push back, hard. Next place, tell them you will do it completely on your own. As to this matter, what does your contract say? If it doesn’t say anything you dont have to legally comply. In fact you should never have asked him in the first place. In the future, don’t ask. Second, just remember that since your landlord now has your father’s contact info your landlord may try to rope him into the situation, if the landlord cares enough. Nope. Unless you sublet the flat/house. This is not a problem. A tenant can enjoy their personal life without disruption. It’s okay for your “family” to stay over and be a permanent resident without being a party in the lease contract? Stop the bullshit.

Ogon Bat Halloween shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I doubt someone would have the Ogon Bat Halloween shirt and by the same token and time to monitor the footage constantly to see if people are staying over. Just bring your partner over until the owner notices. It would still require human intervention to determine whether it is the tenants moving in and out of the house, and even if it is a visitor then owner needs to check manually if they stayed overnight. What I meant to say was – take a risk to know your boundaries. Otherwise you might be unnecessarily living in fear. Chill about it, make sure you don’t trouble anyone, Whatever you do. Mostly landlaord won’t bother about it much as long as you don’t get into weird arguments or give them trouble. The reasons landlord say this because they don’t want flat to get messy with cigrette ashes/remainings and empty bottles of alcohol etc which happens maximum at night stays. I talked to my flatmates about it and they’re on the same page as me, so hopefully we can talk about it with him at some point (soon I hope). Did the flat come with internet? Most of these video door bells work on cloud storage. Some do have a memory card. Install Fing app on your phone and check the devices which are connected to the network. With a few steps you can block internet on the door bell or if you are lazy simply pull the lan cable from the router. Maybe the earlier tenants did some sketchy shit and broke the ceramics and so the owner must be having second thoughts .
