You are not special, or significant. You are another inmate, no one is going to spend any extra time on you. They’ve seen worse than anorexia, trust me. You should accept the Official nissan Skyline r34 GTR Red, JDM Car T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this fact that if you get searched, you’re going to be naked. The deputy or deputies who are involved will absolutely not care about anything to do with your body other than if there are tattoos/wounds on you that suggest gang membership or that you’ll need medical treatment, and that you have no contraband. Your issue is going to be that if you go into this situation and argue, bargain, plead, or beg to keep some or all of your clothes, it will be much worse for you. They will suspect you of having that contraband they’re looking for, and as many deputies as it takes will forcibly remove your clothes and search you much more thoroughly than they will if you cooperate with the program and strip. You’ll turn a two minute process where you probably won’t be touched at all into something that will likely end with you being restrained and physically searched, body cavities included. It sucks, but you are far better off to just grit your teeth and get it over with as fast as possible.

Depending what you did you may be searched in your own clothes and held until you are in front of a judge. Or you may be strip searched. Some states provide an advocate in the process. But the longer you wait the worse it gets. 146 more repliesIn county jail you are generally not strip-searched unless there is cause to believe you’re trying to smuggle something in/out. You are not issued “jail uniforms”. In State Prison, post conviction, they will issue you uniforms, and your personal clothing will be packed away in storage (or destroyed if.. ripe) and clothing change is usually do the contraband search.
