Way back in the Official nike Seattle 2023 MLB All-Star Game Logo Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this day as a very young McDonalds mgr this used to be standard practice. Go through the time card file and make sure everyone had their full (unpaid break) and was clocked out on time or you’d get a bollocking for spending money on overtime…..To be fair on the firm they started checking this on audit and you’d get pulled up instead if there were manual adjustments on the timesheet that hadn’t been signed off by the staff member. It became a thing that if you had a load of adjustments or overtime it meant you weren’t running your shift properly. If that mgr does it again then ask/tell them not to adjust your time card without speaking to you first – if that doesn’t solve it talk to their boss.

Poor management and capitalism are using you and your colleagues good will to helping each other out. In doing so, you are only hurting each other. Don’t.work.for.free. You could ask for the Official nike Seattle 2023 MLB All-Star Game Logo Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this minimum break time, for example I am entittled to take an hours break but mandated to take at least half an hour. Is the 45 minutes a legal minimum? You should be able to do what you’ve done, but communicate with your manager first so they know – it sounds like they maybe thought there’s a mistake and corrected it, and you hadn’t told them you were taking a short break. If they have an issue with you taking a short break then just enjoy the full 45 minutes, as others have said. Nope, the manager knows what he did. If he had a doubt, he should go to the employee and ask if it was an error, not steal 30mn of work from them. It’s his job.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
