I work in HVAC and we have one guy who takes forever to install boilers. Eh, it very much depends. Plenty of facilities departments have in house plumbers who would be working on or repairing a set up like this but you’re absolutely right, they wouldn’t be doing a system install. It’s not even a plumbers job, it’s an HVAC installer’s.
