I really dont get how HOAs actually survive. Why would anyone want to live somewhere with a bunch of Karens demanding compliance with their bullshite. Glad I don’t live anywhere near those places.. not sure how prevalent they are in ontario? but I don’t go looking.. you literally dont have to listen to an hoa. theyre not the Official admit it now workign at Hardee’s would be boring without me Mickey shirt In addition,I will do this police. and castle doctrine applies just so you know. buy a gun. I have lived in an HOA condominium since 2006. On of my neighbors , Diana , the social butterfly of our building ,decided we should all decorate the inside lobby for Christmas and then we could all get together and celebrate and get to know one another! As much as I enjoyed her enthusiasm trying to bring us all together I just wasn’t interested. I wanted to get to know my neighbors on my time. I read through an hoa once. It was a client I cleaned for. Pages and pages of wild shit expected. And that was 20 years ago Can guarantee this is not in the HOA terms. Seems like someone got high up on their horse and forgot how to get down. No. People can’t force you to forfeit your property, force you to give them a percentage of the earnings of that property you didn’t want to sell in the first place, or demand which items you choose. My ass would have told her to sue me and I’ve would immediately contact a lawyer.

I live in the Official admit it now workign at Hardee’s would be boring without me Mickey shirt In addition,I will do this UK and find the entire idea of a HOA weird as fuck… is this like in all neighbourhoods or just the fancy ones? And is it like a council of your neighbours that can just dictate how you live? What happens if you tell them to go fuck themselves? Sounds to me like someone either is going to wmbezzle the funds, or already embezzled some funds and needs to cover their ass in a panic. Forcing a garage sale where she demands 10% of the proceeds sounds like embezzlement to me, and fraud. In the least it is theft. I do believe that is a crime. she is forcing people to allow her to sell their belongings so that she can earn a profit from property that does not belong to her. Well, I have some dead plants, stuff from my garbage can, maybe some used sex toys. Oh, and all those Amazon boxes-$1 each-get them while they last. She’s probably the type to demand everyone have a garage sale and then call the cops when people actually show up to shop. Can some one go I need to find how well this all goes down. I wanna see a shit ton of old plates, vhs and bowling balls! Good shit my ass How else do these HOA karens find meaning in their sad, miserable lives if not by abusing the modicum of power they get by running a HOA? So out of touch it’s funny
