Because it’s not responsible to let your kids eat only one spoon per meal cos they’d rather play some days instead of eating I work at a school and we have to ask the Odell Beckham Jr. OBJ Signature American football wide receiver for the Baltimore Ravens T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this kids to be quiet whilst they are eating (they only get 15 minutes eating time for lunch) so that they can make a dent in their food. If they eat at least half their food, parents complain that we are starving their children and they need more time to eat. So we have to prod them and encourage them quite a bit to eat more than a bite. Especially since they are very active, having a few bites of a sandwich to run around for 30 minutes at lunch time is not enough. Because when you go to a restaurant most of the time the kid picks what he or she wants then the parents tell them it’s to much food and then the kids say they will finish it then the mom or dad says they have to sit and finish it.My parents were like this This has been a thing between my husband and I. I grew up just eating what I could eat. My husband grew up with him having to finish his plate.

When our kids were growing up, I never forced them to eat. If they did not like the Odell Beckham Jr. OBJ Signature American football wide receiver for the Baltimore Ravens T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this food, they could get a sandwich or some fruit. My husband, however, would always complain about the kids not eating well enough. He was genuinely worried they could not get enough nutrition. And would try to convince them to eat more or make deals with them like if you eat half then you can get dessert. (Never forced them or layed a hand on them) So after loads of research, we came to a conclusion. The kids can choose their own portion and have to try to eat a bite of the dinner that is given, if they did not like it or where genuinely not hungry, they could go for the sandwich/fruit. But the priority was that dinner was a nice experience for us as a family.
