No one has ever died because of consuming psilocybin mushrooms. There is no known lethal dose. Compare that to alcohol – last year in USA we had 200,000 die from alcohol. My uncle Billy was one of them. Poor drunk could not get off the booze. How about cigarettes’? Again over 100,000. Mushrooms 0. I spoke with a guy who owned 3 rehab houses in San Diego. asked him how many alcoholics he had treated over his 30 years in the rehab business – “thousands” was his answer. How about cocaine thousand. Opiates many hundreds. How about mushrooms 0. How about LSD 0. How about MDMA 0. Psychedelics are non addictive. Yet that is illegal and these harmful drugs are legal. Maybe he was just getting ready to sell to the Veterans Administration, for their PTSD treatment.

Jail forever while rapists get out in 2 years. bc mushrooms make things more Googley and vibrant colored. we have to protek the people If the mushrooms were wet then they weigh like 100x more so I’m guessing the police weighed the wet mushrooms not dried out ones then derived a street price from the weight of the wet ones Most of these bags are colonizing grain spawn or colonized substrate. Those aren’t just bags and bags of dried mushrooms in the picture. That being said, that is an insane amount of substrate. Each of those bags could probably produce a couple lbs or more of dried product over their lifespan. And he could probably produce several bags of substrate a day. The laws most likely dictate that since the colonized material contains mycelium, that they included that weight as “drug weight seized”. and yeah this is something that wasnt even worth spending money to investigate. shrooms are not harmful or addictive; we should not care about this at all
