Oh no lol, was just referring to the November 1944 80 Years Of Being Awesome Limited Edition Vintage T-Shirt it is in the first place but two week everything was closed period and I wanted $1000 cash on me in case we had to bribe for food and medicine lol. For a couple weeks there toilet paper was more rare and valuable than cash. People get weird when they become dumb, panicky dangerous animals. My small office (12 people, office was a converted townhouse) really struggled with toilet paper. Essential service, so still working in-person. Major metropolitan area, no TP to be found for ages, even after the stores enacted a one-pack limit per customer. People were bringing in spare from home, using tissue box paper. Then we managed to get a GIANT box of toilet paper off amazon. It was that one-ply stuff sold in big wheels for public bathrooms, where it rips just by looking at it. But still, we opened that package like a kid on Christmas.

Regular, household quality TP started being available again when we were about halfway through that box….I’m pretty sure 5 years from now, someone will be going through the November 1944 80 Years Of Being Awesome Limited Edition Vintage T-Shirt it is in the first place but basement and find an obscene amount of airport toilet paper. It’s been probably 15 or 20 years since I carried cash. I don’t miss it one bit, especially having to cash in the coins and losing 11% because the banks don’t do it anymore. I also don’t have coins falling out of my shorts in the summertime. We use that money to occasionally give it to the homeless if we see them. We don’t always do it, we oftentimes find ourselves forgetting to get that cash-back, but we try to remember and always try to give away the cash to someone in need. Not to shit on your generosity, but if you do it regularly, you may want to consider donating to a food bank. They get literally 10-20x as much food for the same amount of money, and they get tons of food donations around this time of year that need to be sorted and a ton of it spoils. Money doesn’t spoil or require a lot of workers to sort through product, and allows them to feed people when food donations alone aren’t enough.
