EDIT: it is normal for banks to deny you a typical home mortgage because the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this bank doesn’t think the house you are trying to buy is not worth the price it is listed which means the seller inflated the price of the home hoping some idiot will buy it. EDIT: if borrowers didn’t lie every bank wouldn’t have their own appraisal department which gives the numbers the banks use. No matter what collateral asset borrower provides the bank will find its own expert to give a value for it. EDIT: the bank involved literally testified saying there was no problems with the loan and will have no problem doing business with Trump org again because the org was a platinum client meaning they pay the loan back. It doesn’t matter if the banks believe they have been defrauded because the AG is not suing on behalf of the banks, she is suing on behalf of the people of NY, who, by the actions of Trump were financially hurt. By obtaining a loan cheaper and/or larger than his collaterals warranted Trump made loans for everyone else more expensive than they should have been.

I kind of remember Trump saying the same thing in a deposition or an interview, maybe a book. He was talking about doing valuations of properties and undervaluing or overvaluing them and how everybody did it..that it “was sport”. Just gross. He’s probably right. Difference is most real estate developers, I assume, keep their f’ing mouths shut and don’t brag about their fraud daily on TV. He definitely did something wrong. You can’t tell someone that you want a loan from them and lie about the value to get a better rate. That’s definitely illegal. Wake the fuck up

Description for Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt

It’s amazing how so many people are OMG what a crime….from my knowledge it needs to get appraised before they lend money Trump had to submit annual Corporate Statement of Financial Condition to his lenders. He and his hacks grossly exaggerated the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this values and then wrongfully attached the original assessor’s name to the exaggerated claim. ie: land assessed at $5.5M – Trump Org states it is worth $105M. ….. and on and on and on and on for many years. mm yeah, pretty much how every loan for property is handled, but you fucking simps. lmao. i’m not voting for trump, but when he gets reelected i’m definitely gonna laugh my ass off at all the butthurt here. I can’t say I liked him before he started showing the world what a MAGA creep he actually is. I hope his recent rants cause him serious financial problems.
I guess an investigation into Kevin O’Learys business dealings is something the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this DOJ should look into then? I mean, if he thinks this shit is normal, then he’s obviously pulling the same illegal tactics trump was, right? Way to call yourself out “Mr. Wonderful”. Sounds like all the real-estate investors are criminals. Guys, I think I just solved how to fund Universal Healthcare. Nazi Germany didn’t get where they did in WWII without the tireless help of American businessmen like Henry Ford. So Kevin, why don’t you come on down to New York so we can discuss some strange things we found in your filings. That’s one of the biggest problems. In the US, white-collar crime is not punished. That is why they are so shocked that Trump was found guilty. Corrected title: Nepobaby at Shark Tank admits that he and his rich friends commit crimes and get away with it. Fraud is generally considered wrong. It might be regular behavior for his dumb ass, but it’s not regular behavior for the average person. The people of NY. By fraudulently obtaining loans cheaper or larger than his collaterals justified Trump reduced the amount of money available for loaning in the state. This made loans more expensive for everyone else.
It is 100% common and 100% illegal. Two sets of books. It’s a running joke because it’s obviously illegal and totally common. But that doesn’t mean you get a pass when you’re caught. It’s illegal, plain and simple. Sure, you can do it all day long as long as you don’t get caught, but you can’t complain about it when you are because everybody knows it’s fucking illegal. Like, I smoke weed. Nobody fucking cares. But if a cop stops me and wants to arrest me, I can’t go around saying, “everybody knows this is fine so why am I being pestered?” It’s fucking illegal, dumbass. Being loud and proud about it doesn’t change a thing. you’d think hed be a little smarter than trump and understand this wasn’t political, he committed serious fraud. What are you talking a about?? Are you trying to say that people taking out bad loans, even though the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this banks handed them out like candy, is the same as lying about asset value to lower taxes and inflating them to get better collateral for loans??
Plenty of people overstated their income and assets to qualify for loans in the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this period leading up to the 2008 financial crisis. That’s such a generic unprovable argument.. sure there are cheaters everywhere, but to suggest that a few bad apples applying for loans caused the financial crisis of 2008, is crazy lol… It was what investors/bankers did with that high risk debt…… They packaged up high risk debt and told investors an entirely different risk assessment.. They fucked over the American People for a short term gain.. Financial crisis wasn’t caused low income or middle class people who lied about their assets in order to get loans. It was some fraudsters working in finance, who sold loans to people who weren’t eligible, sometimes cheating them to take huge loans they did not need and the middle man combined these bad loans to an seemingly complicated financial instrument which in turn made it seem nonrisky to other bankers and in turn got good interest rates from other banks. They made millions of dollars of profit. These fraudsters did not get prosecuted enough, but they were not middle class or low income, they were rich bastards exactly like trump. These fraudsters in financial crisis were the cause of several deaths and suffering and should be behind bars for murder.
737 more repliesThis is insane. Trumps transactions were precisely and exactly identical to every other borrowing transaction in in New York. Exactly. Both he and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this bank do their assessment of what it is worth The bankers said nope no fraud all side knew all assessments. The bankers knew the building inside and out. It’s literally the most corrupted evidence free major case since the days of bootlegging. Like officialdom won’t consider it a juicy income stream if it does stand and at some point peruse every transaction and every transaction would follow precedent. Every other transaction in the state of the same type is indentical. What? In December 2022, a Manhattan jury found two Trump Organization companies guilty of 17 felonies related to tax evasion. The company was ordered to pay a $1.6 million fine and the case landed its former CFO behind bars.
On March 30, 2023, a New York grand jury in Manhattan indicted Trump on 34 felony counts of falsification of business records. In September 2023, a state judge found Trump and his company liable for a decade-long fraud scheme in a pretrial ruling. He’s a piece of crsp anyway he recently told an interviewer that it make him happy to see people struggle so they can work harder to succeed. A real piece of frap I like to slap him right in the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this mouth Is this the same thing as Melania brushing off his “grab them by the p*#*y” comment as Locker room talk?? Sheesh, I’ve never seen a guy with so many people making excuses for his lowlife antics. What did trump even do wrong. Even if you think maralago is worth 10 mill only like the govt says, which is complete nonsense, it was just to the bank, who gave him a loan, that he paid back. What’s the issue? If the bank said ok, it’s on them to send out an appraiser You people are delusional if you think this particular trial actually holds any water. It wasn’t fraud when the property value was agreed upon by trump and the bank I hope this dumb motherfucker never gets another reservation at a nice restaurant in NYC. Any fine dining place with an ounce of self respect would turn his ass away at the door. Every criminal on trial can say the exact same thing about their crimes. “I engaged in regular behavior for a killer”/ rapist, robber, con man.
It is regular for people to commit fraud in business dealings. And it’s regular for regulators to look the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this other way…until they have a reason to look deeper into those deals. Then, it is regular for someone to get in trouble for committing fraud if it can be proven. Slavery was ok because this country was built around consumerism and the slaves where willing to work for food and shelter. We love Trump here in South America, Trump has the majority of latino votes. Democrats are mostly young Americans, but older Americans and inmigrants will mostly vote Trump, and also young religious Americans and young right-wing Americans from other parties. I think Trump wins this upcoming election, and he will end the war in Ukraine talking to Putin and making agreements with him, and the war in the middle east also making agreements with them. Trump’s skills to evade taxes is the same as his skills to persuade politicians, especially dictators as they like Trump’s manly, dominant and funny attitude. Even Putin and Kim Jong Un liked Trump, so I want Trump to win so bad to see if he can finally end these wars so the world economy improves.
I have a bridge I’d like to sell you but I’m not sure if you’re from the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this southern United States or a South American country or the USSR.. ‘err I mean Russia. He was president for 4 years. During that time he gave the middle finger to NATO, released thousands of literal terrorists, and signed a peace treaty with the Taliban. Not thinking he’s exactly an expert at international peace. Seems to be more like a “just give the dictators what they want and hope appeasement works for once…even though all it has done in the past is cause escalations due to it emboldening the aggressors”. The sad thing is he’s not lying. You’d be surprised how much law breaking goes on in the business world. If the government doesn’t prosecute then people typically will break the law until they do. Technically, probably not wrong; I mean, isn’t ‘regular behavior’ what got us into the Great Recession in the first place? All this unregulated ‘regularity’…
Louis Rossman has SEVERAL great videos about shitty real estate practices in NYC, specifically. Just because people frequently get away with it doesn’t mean it is legal nor correct. ‘Regular behavior’ like bribing Florida lawmakers to introduce a bill eliminating property taxes because your developments are not selling fast enough and god forbid an investment loses money. He’s not wrong. I worked for a NYC real estate guy decades ago. There was no such thing as truth, it was just whatever he needed you to believe that day. The guy never admitted to being wrong about anything. Would throw you under the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this bus in a second if it benefitted him, but demanded total loyalty. Dealt with prostitutes as part of his business. Claimed credit for things that there was no way they were his. Cheated at everything. I left that job when someone said to me “You’ve been working here almost a year. You must be just like him to last this long.” Imagine being part of a family like that! Time to charge all the real estate developers!!! Drag them all down from their lofty self important thrones. Fucking crooks.
So he is saying real estate developers as a general rule commit fraud, lie about property valuation and cheat people out of money? Good to know, though suspected that for a long time. Sounds like he needs his real estate practices looked in to, considering he thinks mass scale illegal fraud is normal Yea I don’t think he’s justifying it. Sounds like he is just saying that real estate developers are shiesty fuckers as a baseline. 632 more repliesRich people convincing the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this poor masses that corrupt rich people behavior is normal. The poor masses believe it. They stay poor and the rich stay rich. He’s right. An opinion of value is not a crime. When you go to sell something you own or borrow against it to you it may be worth X, the bank or buyer may say it’s worth Y, and you might even be required to get an appraisal. This happens every single day and it’s not a crime. He’s not wrong, standard practice doesn’t mean it’s proper, just that it’s what happens. Just a lot harder to get away with it when you’re damn near if not the most hated man in the country. Every single day when you buy something the price is what the seller says it is worth. You as the buyer may think it has a different value. It doesn’t mean either of you are lying or committing a fraud. You can both have a difference of opinion on the value. Yeah. I don’t want any presidential candidate at this point. Ask yourself. Truly. As a human… How confident are you with any presidential candidate at this point? Think they have your best interest? Really? I’d like to see EVERYONES investment portfolio at this point. All politicians.
I don’t care who. Let’s see all the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this dirty fingers. I think everyone would be disgusted with findings. Right or left. New fact, America is in a proxy war currently abroad. Financial. Military. Socially. We won’t admit to it. The US You is currently in wars across the globe. Meanwhile. People in the US are suffering. I live in a state that people are dying to the fentanyl crisis. On mass. Massive problem. I actually took this as a dig on real estate investing more than trying to justify his wrong doings. The entire industry is just corrupt dirtbags Forget it was Trump for a second. Who was defrauded? Trump stated what he thought his property value to be. The bank will usually do their own appraisal and then decide how much they are willing to loan. The loan was paid back in full and on time.
It’s btw. laughably easy in NYC to get tax benefits for engaging in real estate development. The real estate tax code of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this city is written with that loophole in mind. Not sure you can say a person trying to value his assets at one price is committing fraud when the banks negotiate a value with that person. And that person pays the loans back. Allowing a bank to set a value without any input would actually be the definition of allowing rich people to justify anything. Trump isn’t someone I support but trying to tell a real estate person that asking for more equity from a bank is illegal is a very slippery slope. If this was equally applied it would mean basically everyone in real estate and development would be subject to charges. They repeatedly rec’d appraisals for under $10 million then told their accountants that they were for over $100 million. Claimed land was fully developed and with multiple times the max # of units that even could legally be built.
They repeatedly just made up numbers or used numbers for unrelated properties when the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this numbers tailored for their propertiea werent good enough. These numbers weren’t overly rosy values based on perfect economic conditions – they were purley made up drivel based on lies about what was built, what could be built, the size of buildings, how many units were there etc. Etc. If you want to sell a foot Pic for 1 million dollars, someone offers you 500k you sell it. Seller got the money buyer got the Pic. Then the state comes in and says we are pressing charges because you damaged the seller by over valuing your foot Pic. The buyer, a multi billionaire, goes to your trial and says we were happy with the foot Pic and what we paid for it. In fact we sold it for 600k and even made money. The state disagree with the billionaire and says no you still had damages and we are awarding 250k to us for your pain.
When you confuse observation for justification, it is what it is, your lack of understanding and upset are not valid counter arguments. Sweet, that windfall into the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this tax coffers oughtta pay for a boatload of social safety net that recent (previous administration) income tax cuts are defunding. I mean he isn’t wrong. The bank has to do their own due diligence and obviously does so. It’s very normal to inflate your assessment. Cuban dropped out saying it was a scam. “Wonderful” replied “The whole supplements industry is a grift!” As if that made it okay. Then we now have a precedent for going after people who are defrauding the banks & indirectly making things harder on all the rest of us. Of course he says that. Kevin O’Leary is Canada’s Trump, or at least he seems to want to be. He even tried to run for Prime Minister and was thankfully not at all successful. He dropped out of the Conservative leadership race in 2017 when it became clear his inability to speak French was too much of an issue. Price per square foot varies depending on what part of the city and what location you’re looking at. You find a space and it’s advertised as 2000 sqft. An agent shows you the space and you do your measurements only to find out that it’s barely 1700. You tell the leasing agent this is bullshit. Their response will be “get over it that’s just the way it goes here in the city” 100% of the time. You dont end up being like Kevin Oleary by being a good person. Some people not only think the dog-eat-dog competition of raw capitalism is acceptable, they live to exploit other human beings for their own personal gain. The dude is a text book example of why we have laws and regulating bodies – like the ones he’s criticizing in New York – to begin with.
If anyone of us were to engage in this “regular” behavior we’d be in prison so damn fast. This moron is delusional. This dude has turned into such a clown. Thing is, if you are a paid contributor to Fox, you’re obligated to talk bullshit. That’s how their business model works. I lose a ton more respect for him since he doesn’t need the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Vs Ohio State Buckeyes Gameday CFP National Championship Matchup Mon Jan 20 Poster t shirt Furthermore, I will do this money. Shoot maybe he does. Using the logic of this case 90% of people who have ever done any sort of real estate deal should be fined including me. There was no defendant in this case. Nobody was hurt financially. All parties benefitted from the deal. There was absolutely nothing unethical about it. This is 100% a political hit job. There is no way it stand up on appeal but not till after it affects the election. All this excused by the supposed “stand up for democracy” crowd. Absolute hypocrites.
