it wasn’t specified in the Not today jesus unicorn rainbow shirt moreover I love this post itself but this is a screenshot my coworker sent to me, the coworker in question has been friends with my boss for years. this facebook account is a joint business account for the two bars my boss owns, i’m not sure why it’s not a page, but she’s not very versatile with technology and social media. I have a 20 yo dude that works for me I am 40 he works as hard and if not harder than most people my age, it is ppl that are 35-44 that r shit and don’t show up most the time, I believe in u work to live not live to work so we don’t do over time unless absolutely necessary and unavoidable, and I pay him well and treat him with respect and he is wonderful, but I have worked three other around the same age two were great one was lazy af and didn’t enjoy the job made it one day had to take them home it isn’t exactly age but the youth aren’t lazy I happen do be excited for the future of young people. There is no need to put up with this bad behavior from employers. I hope they find no workers and their business closes.

entitlement to the Not today jesus unicorn rainbow shirt moreover I love this respect of people you don’t respect is a stupid entitlement, and so is demanding 1965 worker sentiment from a work force they obviously personally helped to eviscerate. Great, and it’s people like this who spread disease and illnesses. Good luck being at work when you’re the only one there, because your “just a cold” BS has now put everyone else out of work. I hate these people with white hot rage of a burning sun. It’s a good part of why I no longer work in an office environment. Fuck that. Did you have covid or flu? A legitimate doctors test? ( I tested 4 times before I was positive due to low viral load) I ask because at 2 days out yea.. doesn’t make this right though This has always been true, I had a job in H.S. when I asked for a specific schedule around a school activity, the manager made a point schedule me on every day I asked off for. My Mom made me give 2 weeks notice, so the school rescheduled my activities, inconveniencing several classmates and their parents. For that 2 weeks, some high on power manager of a shit job succeeded in demonstrating his ability disrupt people with a life. Un respectful lol. You guys gave us our shitty education by closing our schools and giving us Pearson, whats your excuse for poor grammar boomers?? The youth was born with an awareness that they’re worth is greater than the market deems them. Evolution at its finest. It’s their fault. If they didn’t want us to be like this they shouldn’t have sent us to public school and could have had at least one parent stay home with us.
