Thanks lol. It’s one of my first one so I’m just taking my time with it. Learning process. If I got 1000 I’d be happy The thing with youtube is that initially you might not get 1000 views on this video, but after years it might even have a million. My first video, for the Not The Step Dad I’M The Dad That Stepped Up T-Shirt moreover I will buy this first ~3 years it had around 250 views, but all of a sudden yt started pushing it and in a few months it got 400k views. I’m in the same exact boat. I posted a couple eh videos and recently decided to invest some time into learning better editing techniques and actually creating a longer video with a narrative behind it. Sinking more time into your video is definitely the way to go in my opinion. Your workflow and efficiency will only get better with time. Better to start creating quality content from the start rather than spitting out low quality content just for the sake of pushing it out in my opinion

Spending time making quality content is good advice. However spending 4 months on a single video is ridiculous and far far too long. You really thinks so? Artists spend years on albums of music. Is a video any different? It’s all art, and I don’t think you can put a time limit on it. I understand however, that to succeed you need to be consistent and can’t overthink everything. Don’t sweat it, I spent about 5 months on one of my videos so yeah, as long as you are fine with it I don’t see the Not The Step Dad I’M The Dad That Stepped Up T-Shirt moreover I will buy this problem After I uploaded my first video I had a dream that I woke up to 60,000 subscribers. I was pretty disappointed when I woke up and still hand just 50 ! Haha well at least you’ve got the dream, that’s cool that you care about it enough to dream in my opinion. Keep going you got this Haha I feel you. I remember in 3rd grade I had a YouTube channel and all day I sat in class thinking about how cool it was.
