There’s no way to actually know what your testosterone levels are unless you go to a doctor and have them check by getting some bloodwork done. I do not think your reason is good enough for a doctor to want to do that though. It’s not really relevant anyway. There isn’t exactly a textbook or strict set of rules out there on how to act like a man. Your parents just sound like massive assholes to me. This may have been said already but just go get tested, supplement (TRT) if they were actually right and tell them to sod off when they are more likely wrong. But if they are right, TRT, will actually help you. I did all the North Cobb high school Shirt moreover I love this dumb shit when I was young and let me tell you what, stay the way you are. You don’t want to do wild shit, get felonies and be what you think a man is at your age. A man is cool calm and confident. Moves in silence and never flaunts his success. As long as you keep your head up and on the right track who cares if you aren’t a bodybuilder or construction worker. You’re doing what you enjoy and making a life for yourself. Remember it’s your life not theirs.

What’s for sure is that testosterone isn’t what makes you who you are. You (and your environment) are in charge of that! I doubt it is lack of testosterone if anything you are a calm person. Nothing wrong with that. What kind of personality are you trying to achieve? If your parents are sports and extrovert focused people growing up and you are nothing like that. This is probably where the North Cobb high school Shirt moreover I love this confusion and disconnect is occurring, you are acting outside of how they were young. My advice: Talk to your parents and ask how their childhood was, it will put a lot into perspective on how they anticipated you to act. Why r u asking reddit and not ur gp? It’s a pretty simple blood test to find out ur actual testosterone levels. Btw I’m a 40 year old that’s never grown over 60kg (much), had similar concerns, but turns out I have v high levels of testosterone.
