I work 60 hrs a week still can’t pay for everything and gotta use credit to get by. It’s so expensive and they tax us to hell. One small traffic mistake whilst delivering costs hundreds of dollars. What is this capitalism that don’t even pay for thing that are necessities. This is me and my family. I work 50 hrs per week as a shift manager for 17.25 per hr and my family has to he on foodstamps to survive. This system is [and has been] broken. I was just approved for food stamps after working for my company for 7 years full time. Inflation finally outpaced my income so hard that I could get $20 a month in food stamps despite being a single white male with no children. Honestly, there should be fines imposed on employers who don’t pay their full-time employees enough to live above the Nope American Horror Movie Essential T-Shirt But I will love this poverty line, or in this case, make enough to not even have to consider government assistance.

Whatever the Nope American Horror Movie Essential T-Shirt But I will love this government had to pay to their employees should be the minimum amount of the fine. While we’re at it, just so no one gets away with exploitation, let’s pass a law that entitles part-time employees to lock in a minimum amount of hours their employer must offer them per week, unless otherwise permitted and authorized by said employee, in writing. That way employers can’t try to pull one over on us and cheat their way under by offering only part-time positions and paying their people next to zilch. Welfare fraud is maybe in the millions… Corporate tax evasion/avoidance is in the billions.. The rich just keep on shafting the poor and enlist uneducated fools to continue the false narrative.
