If you are thinking about getting a donkey, there are a few things you should keep in mind. First, donkeys are social animals and should not be kept alone. They will need a companion, either another donkey or a horse. Second, donkeys require a lot of space to roam. They will need access to pasture or a large yard where they can run and play. Third, donkeys are relatively long-lived animals and can live for up to 30 years. This means that you will need to be prepared to make a long-term commitment to your donkey.

If you are willing to make the necessary commitment, a donkey can be a wonderful addition to your family. They are gentle and loving animals that will bring you years of joy.
