I was coming here to basically say this. Once you’re with someone on a daily basis, you both can do your own thing, together. They are always trying to get me to leave, but I’m no longer happy in crowds and getting out of the house just to get out of the house is silly to me. I live on a huge property with a pond, koi, and dogs, so I have stuff to do here. I really think the Covid shutdown changed many of us. It actually doesn’t sound selfish it sounds normal.. can you just say “hi Honey, I was just gonna stay home and read my book today(or whatever else you choose to do), I’m just feeling like being antisocial and Laying around.. let’s get together tomorrow (or whatever day in the next few days/week works) and do (blank blank blank.. whatever you like to do together) I feel like this is a normal thing for anyone to say.
