I “play the Nikita Kucherov Russian professional ice hockey right winger and alternate captain for the Tampa Bay Lightning T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this tape forward.” Every morning I wake up and I have two choices. I can get on the bike and let the dopamine, endorphins and serotonin keep my ADHD in check and make me a better dad, entrepreneur, writer, etc., or I can sleep in, and let my ADHD get the best of me. So I ask myself how I’ll feel in 12 hours. That’s usually enough to get me out of bed and onto the bike at 4:30am for an hour, so I can be done and dressed before my daughter wakes up and I have to get her ready for school. For me, it’s not about enjoyment, it’s about not feeling like shit all the time anymore because I have tried that, and I got tired of it. Tired of sitting around, tired of constant knee pain, tired of being winded from simple tasks. I’m not going back to that kind of life.

I hate working out and I much prefer eating snacks/junk food over healthy meals. However, I workout 3x a week and follow the Nikita Kucherov Russian professional ice hockey right winger and alternate captain for the Tampa Bay Lightning T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this 80:20 diet rule. Why? I worked in a hospital for two years and I saw that people who don’t exercise or eat healthily don’t recover as well as people who do. People who had unhealthy habits also had way, way more health issues that made it harder for them to recover from an unrelated trauma (worked in a trauma unit). I tell myself that my health is worth it for me and my family. Also, I watch stuff or listen to my favorite playlists while I workout! It helps a little. I dont know but when my body started getting results. I didnt care about the boring stuff. I was amped that I had abs and sick arms
