The simple solution (simple to understand, a lifetime to implement) is to fully feel those repressed feelings, allow them to pass through. The simple solution (simple to understand, a lifetime to implement) is to fully feel those repressed feelings, allow them to pass through The only constant is change. The only reason feelings persist is because we resist them and don’t allow them to pass through. We resist by blaming external circumstances for the Nike Atlanta Braves Acuña Jr 30 60 shirt also I will do this internal state of feeling, by insisting we’re justified for holding onto the feeling. The resisted feelings are like a river and the resistance a dam. They will flow if you allow them. They may not release entirely at first but, with practice, patience and persistence, they will eventually pass. The alternative is to harbor the feeling indefinitely causing it to control you unconsciously and causing the mind to run endlessly in a vain attempt to avoid feeling it. This resistance is the source of suffering and the repeating of cycles.

Try true acceptance of the Nike Atlanta Braves Acuña Jr 30 60 shirt also I will do this feeling. Not a “OK, I accept so that the feeling goes away” but really accepting that the current experience is also part of the expression of life and embracing that. You too are part of this humanity.’” – Jack Kornfield I understand the frustration. Often we can think that we’re allowing something to pass at a shallow layer, such as thoughts, while still resisting at a deeper layer such as emotional or somatic. This causes us to go in cycles and tread water so to speak. We can expend a lot of energy and effort going nowhere.
