Depends on the Nightmare On The Main Street Shirt moreover I will buy this hotel. Only been there once. Made the mistake of staying in the Golden Palace (don’t remember what they’ve renamed that shithole to now). Horrible layout and they had a loud concert at the base of our tower that kept us up all night. Some hotels are classy and very nice, even some cheap ones like the Flamingo (walked through a lot of them). But that place was a shithole. Real estate near the JC waterfront is extremely expensive because the commute into Manhattan on the PATH is so convenient. Early ’90s Los Angeles. The sky was literally black and green, and the smell of piss was so strong you’d swear it was eroding the buildings. I was 13 at the time, moving back to Texas after a year-and-a-half living on the other side of the planet, and 30 years later I’ve still never seen worse.

I’ve been quite a few places I thought were terrible. Niagara Falls NY was depressing. The tiny one gas station highway towns in Nevada gave me secondhand meth psychosis But the Nightmare On The Main Street Shirt moreover I will buy this polygamist communities in southern Utah have a certain atmosphere that is unrivaled. Colorado City, Hildale. Seeing the little girls with the hair and dresses and knowing the likelihood of their fate really is haunting. Jakarta, Oman was the most filthy place I have ever been. The smell alone lingered in your nose and the ocean water was solid brown. Rainbow Lake Alberta. There is neither a rainbow nor a lake there. Just a few houses and a hotel. Mosquitoes, there were plenty of those. It’s kind of fascinating in a way but the whole place just smells of dead fish and all of the abandoned, run-down buildings are just very, very sad.
