From pic 2, it looks to be clearing from the Nick Saban Roll Tide 2007 2024 Memories Signature Shirt in addition I really love this bottom towards the top, meaning it’s just air bubbles. Let it sit for a minute, if it goes clear it’s harmless. Likely changed filters and need to run water in thr building. Have this happen in my office when new filters are put in. I grew up in an area where there was a lot of chalk, all our water came out like this and would take a minute to clear. It’s really common in Uruguay too. It used to be that people will give them a small amount of money when leaving, but now they are asking for it in advance. Some of them will actually look after the car. In other cases, it’s a protection racket: if you don’t pay, your car is first in line for something bad happening to it.
