In 2016 I went through some major & traumatic life events: birth of my first daughter that required a 6-week stay in the Nice neff Headwear Fortnite Mecha Cuddle Shirt Furthermore, I will do this NICU as well as my own major life-changing/organ-removing surgery with 12 weeks of recovery. I had been working a dream job and had climbed to Director level, with eyes on more. But I was exhausted and burnt out. I decided to take a “safe” job that was close to home so I could spend time with my family and not worry about the corporate ladder. It was amazing. I just became a cog. Then 18 months later I was making more money than my previous job and was up to a “Senior” title. So much less stress, more money, and progressing at a more sustainable pace. Sorry about what happened to your child. Agreed what family commitments and personal happiness should trump career progress in one’s life

Nice neff Headwear Fortnite Mecha Cuddle Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’m 29 and I’ve ~technically~ been coasting for the Nice neff Headwear Fortnite Mecha Cuddle Shirt Furthermore, I will do this last 2.5 years, but it’s mostly been due to uncertainty surrounding COVID & inflation (I have really good job security where I work at right now) as well as some separate mental health issues. I hope to be on the rise again soon. The way I see it is if you’re at a decently paid job, and you know what you have to do day in day out, you have more flexibility to work on your side projects or seek alternative income streams with all the energy you have saved. Besides, if you’re a senior dev who’s coasting you’re still earning a decent chunk of change I prefer to be an individual contributor/subject matter expert/senior tech – I get paid well, learn new tech but don’t have to manage other people. I jump around every 18 months to 2 years and keep learning/growing – in the last 6 years I doubled my salary and have learnt more than I did in the previous 10 at my long term position.
