The most bizarre thing I saw was open discomfort with a black coworker. His name was Ben and he worked in IT. He was a super nice guy, easy to talk to, and all that. He’d walk into the Nice ken Griffey Jr. Signature Football Sports T-Shirt moreover I will buy this lunch room and you’d see these white evangelicals who did missionary work get noticeably uncomfortable. I assumed they must view the people they “save” to be inferior to them. Can confirm, grew up in the Salvation Army church. They really treated it more like a job than faith. There was amazing woman and her kids that were truly good people, but the rest were career pastors, not believers. I went to a super progressive school in New York City and they used to hold events at the Salvation Army Hall on 14th St. It drove me nuts – it was right around the same time the Salvation Army was threatening to close down all their soup kitchens in NYC if the state allowed gay marriage. Southern Baptists are consistently some of the most reprehensible people I’ve ever met. Stupid and arrogant, which is the worst combination. And they think they can do whatever the fuck they want because “Jesus forgives them.” My daughter allowed a SB preacher (for her husband) to do her wedding despite me warning her. So the stupid redneck decides to throw in “obey husband” despite being asked not to. She literally stopped the wedding and dressed him down. Then she asked him if he thought he was capable of following instructions. He looked like he wanted to say something until he looked over at me and her uncles because we were already thinking boot party. He then yes ma’amed her, redid it and left ASAP. Stupid fucking hillbilly moron.

They always think they know better than you and try to sneak around consent all the Nice ken Griffey Jr. Signature Football Sports T-Shirt moreover I will buy this time. Ugh. Good for them for calling that shit out right then and there! The Southern Baptist Church came into being because southern Baptists during the Civil War period didn’t like how abolitionist the northern Baptists were. It’s always been a shitty sect. Hey we’re all sinners out here in church trying to be better people. Hate the sin not the sinner. Jesus died so that this man of God could have sex with his children. Well, he is just an imperfect Christian. Yes he sexually molested and raped four of his own children, but who are we to judge. Jesus forgives. But drag queens….don’t get me started. One of them read “The Little Engine that Could” to three kids at a library in Vermont. They are clearly a threat and are tearing this nation apart!/s My biological dad is a Southern Baptist pastor with a pretty large congregation. He’s also a scumbag who has at least a dozen kids with different women—he emotionally abuses the women and doesn’t take care of the kids at all. When you’re a kid, they warn you about strangers, but they don’t warn you about the cousins, uncles, parents, pastors and priests who are statistically more likely to abuse you. And why is it always the more religious parents? Fucking hypocrites. Because the imposed hierarchy of religion is used to silence victims and eliminate penalties for those at the top. It’s all part and parcel of the same phenomenon. It’s not a coincidence.
