My neighbors got a one year old boxer/terrier/pit mix (im not totally sure) and its lunged at me so hard in its yard it snapped the chain and turned her over backwards. She snarls, barks, salivates at the mouth wanting to bite us for just taking trash out or pulling in our driveway.

It being summer now they leave her out all night. Barking at 11, 12, 2am. Wakes my partner up. Its ripped gutters off their home that it tramples in the yard, chewed through their ac line. I think the dad who I used to be friendly with has aged a decade since they got it. Police have been their at least twice but wont issue citations because the noose statute is “vague” on how often an unruly dog can bark forcing me to persue civil matters at any cost. Worse, since she has been given free reign to run amok, other dog owners are just following suit.
