The workplace is an extremely unfair place and you probably can’t fix it. You’re just along for the Nice bunker Vitruvian Man Gun Shirt In addition,I will do this ride. I am an L4 at a F5 company and I would argue that the beaurcruacy at my company actively prevents me from growing in my role. Believe it not there are tons of people who believe and feel that doing their job is important and good enough. They have no desire to become a boss. And for many people once they hit that level they arent particularly motivated to keep driving and seeing how far they can go.
