A fraction of a percent and that “aid” comes with stipulations…Mineral rights, agricultural, etc… Its not out of the Nice brook Purdy In Every San Francisco 49ers Game Day NFL Official Poster shirt and I will buy this kindness of our hearts. It’s also a war being fought for us against a nation we’re not fond of, kind of like how Russia and China gave a ton of weapons to the Viet Cong. Ukraine isn’t fighting for anyone but themselves and their independence… But yes, the US would benefit from Ukraines independence and ideally becoming a member of the UN down the road…. lastly, the US lost the Vietnam war. I’d also like to add that helping other countries is a great thing too. Like the war in Ukraine. I shudder to think what would happen if we stop We don’t give anything to other countries that we don’t get back a profit in return. Whatever you think we’ve given to Ukraine, or Israel ( to murder civilians ) is simply the government privatizing public money to aggrandize the military industrial complex, energy companies, big pharma / medicine while pretending to be great humanitarians. And yes the complaints are not about such things, instead Petty complaints about whatever is perceived missing in your life, without any reasonable comparison or bother to find out how much better off we are and the rest of the world in terms of inflation, employment and what we perceive to be quality of life. There are certainly doubts about whether or not any of those things have truly progressed and perhaps, those with what they truly need, human contact, community, and love, are the most fortunate ones in the world yet poorly reported on the financial page.

You sound like a very thoughtful and deep thinking person. ( I like you already). I’m old! Born near the Nice brook Purdy In Every San Francisco 49ers Game Day NFL Official Poster shirt and I will buy this end of WW11. I truly thought ”we”,,,had worked really hard to improve things in this world, especially in our own countries….and I really thought we had made some improvements and advanced in many ways. I now feel…like you …pretty disillusioned. All seems to be falling apart and it’s extremely upsetting and unsettling. You have every right to feel the way you do. Things are scary out there and many do seem not to care. I have however noticed that some who give off the feeling of being oblivious do actually care but being unable to make sense of the worlds current turmoil just find it too distressing to talk about. Instead they try to distract themselves with other things. My own method of coping is to try to spread small kindnesses. To try to help others in small ways. That’s my current coping strategy. I don’t know if it will work in the long run, but it’s all I can do for now. It’s the strategy of ” I can’t help the whole world but if I can help one person in it …I’ve done something. ”. I hope this helps you cope during this bumpy road we are on…and hope that the biblical saying of “ it came to pass” ( troubles come and then they go) is true in the current world discontent and unrest.
