I think a lot of the NHL Columbus Blue Jackets Snoopy Charlie Brown Christmas Hockey Super Bowl Sports Shirt Apart from…,I will love this people that do that either don’t have kids, and/or pay with their credit card and don’t realize how much those seemingly small purchases add up to over time Blew my mind when I found out that a lot of people simply don’t cook and literally all of their meals are from restaurants, fast food places, the workplace cafeteria etc. What do you mean “by scratch” is the question. If i brown sausage, boil premade pasta, use a jar of spaghetti sauce, and microwave a can of green beans, is that “from scratch”? I think so, because i have to assemble it, but some people would not. Oh sure I’ve done that, cream sauce, fresh from the cow but nope of that’s the qualifications then i think the number is even lower on a regular basis. Even most restaurants don’t do that.

I consider that to be from scratch! The folks I’m comparing myself to DoorDash/takeout/eat out for every meal. I cook at home due to lack of money and grocery options. I think my friends are the NHL Columbus Blue Jackets Snoopy Charlie Brown Christmas Hockey Super Bowl Sports Shirt Apart from…,I will love this outliers for sure lol Right now eating grilled salmon, jasmin rice with cashew nuts and grilled vegetables. All frozen, from a organic brand. During the week, I just prepare everyday a fresh salad. And for other meals, I eat fruit, yogurt, omelet, nuts, bone broth, homemade soup ou sandwich. So, I’ve had a hard time with this recently. I was buying maccys, meal deals, nuts, crisps and drinks during the day. I would come home and just not eat during the evenings. Now I eat 2 eggs in the morning, porridge and a protein shake (milk). For snack about 10ish I’ll have a pb sandwich. For lunch I have chicken in honey and chipotle sauce, with boiled potato’s and a bit of mayo. For dinner i’ll make a protein shake while I’m cooking. I then make chicken and rice with veg. It’s a big transformation, mainly because how in the hell can anyone afford that lifestyle. Now food prices are still rising in the UK. So it’s still fairly costly. but we’re talking 70 a week for a single person in groceries compared to like 15-20 a day out.
