The only way I can explain it is it’s a cult. Also a few realities of US Citizens and voters. Most of us DON’T VOTE. Only about 15-20 % of the NHL Arizona Coyotes Snoopy Charlie Brown Woodstock Christmas Stanley Cup Hockey Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this population bothered to vote in the 2016 presidential primaries (Trumps second run for president) . Since these primary voters are highly motivated partisans, we tend to get extremist candidates like Trump. Fewer than 60% of eligible voters bothered to vote in 2016. Since Trump won the electoral college but lost the popular vote by about 7m, that means less than 33% that ~60% of eligible voters elected Trump. Other countries tend to give Election Day off for people to vote or even make voting mandatory. This has led to around 70% of voters turning out to elect Macron. I have had more conversations with people who vociferously criticize one party or another who when asked, admit they didn’t vote. So we talk a good game, but are too lazy to actually get off our asses and vote.

bc the NHL Arizona Coyotes Snoopy Charlie Brown Woodstock Christmas Stanley Cup Hockey Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this majority of US local TV channels are run by the same pricks that owes Fox News. if you go to a more major city and university town, you get a lot more variety. and FYI, Trump is not doing that well. the poll that say he does, are rare, but they somehow get more media coverage. The answer is that Republicans are astroturfing and ratfucking the polls. Kelly Anne Conway sold a major polling firm directly to a conservative PR firm. We truly don’t know. Can chalk it up to the worst in humanity, fear, and racism, but that doesn’t feel enough. This Texan is perplexed. American here. An overwhelming amount of us are stupid and will vote against our own best interests if the person we’re voting for says shit we agree with that other politicians don’t. For Trump, it’s because he’s a dick to other people, and his entire campaign is based on trash talking the competition. So, idiots who like to trash talk people vote for him because they see their shitty behavior emulated by him.
