Vintage Newport advertising aesthetic

This long sleeve tee is a faithful reproduction of the iconic “Alive With Pleasure” slogan from the 1984 Newport menthol cigarette campaign. The design uses bold Cooper Black typography set against a distressed background to capture an authentic retro look. Fans of vintage ad culture and hip hop streetwear will recognize the specific visual language of this era, making it a standout piece for nostalgia collectors who appreciate mid-80s marketing aesthetics.

Design details and style

The garment features a cream fabric base with forest green and black print that mimics the color palette of original magazine advertisements. A deliberate distressed finish adds texture and age-appropriate wear to the graphic. This unisex fit works well for layering under jackets or wearing as a standalone statement piece in casual streetwear outfits. The combination of soft cotton blend material and screen-printed graphics ensures durability while maintaining the vintage feel.
