Accidents happen, and often, there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it. If something happened, you wouldn’t be able to live with yourself if you were in the New York Mets Mlb 2024 Year Of The Dragon shirt Besides,I will do this driver’s seat. Best to avoid that situation. Maybe send her some clips of accidents where people aren’t wearing their seatbelt, or perhaps an article. People don’t understand that in an accident, an unfastened human becomes a projectile. I’ve known of people who were flown out of the windscreen and 30 metres down the road, who would still be alive today if they did this one simple thing. If she won’t do it, at least don’t be there when she suffers the consequences. If your friend won’t do you that basic courtesy when you’re in the car with them, then I support never getting in the car with them. If they make a fuss, you’re literally doing exactly the same thing they’re doing – setting a boundary and refusing to compromise on it. You’ll get in the car if she’s wearing her seatbelt. If she puts it on to get you in the car and then unbuckles, that’s what I’d call an unfriend situation – if you can’t trust her, if she doesn’t have the basic level of respect for you as a friend to do what she said she’d do, then that’s not a real friendship.

I can’t imagine that this is otherwise a really easy person to get along with on any disagreement. You only survive when you agree with her or give in, I’m assuming. If true, then I think unfriending in general is a decent choice. But that’s not specific to seat belts. And, of course, if the New York Mets Mlb 2024 Year Of The Dragon shirt Besides,I will do this seat belt issue is that important to you, no one can tell you it’s not. If you’re done, you’re done. I don’t usually wear a seatbelt, I’ve heard all the stats and horror stories about getting ejected from the car or whatever, but I’m far more likely to get ejected and thrown from my motorcycle so ‘it’s dangerous’ isn’t exactly a real game changing argument. If I’m driving and someone gets in my car and doesn’t put their seat belt on. I will tell them to put it or on get out. Did it with my girlfriend enough times that she now does it out of habit. Regardless of local laws, a person without a seat belt can kill everyone else in a car during a crash by being a 90+ lb weight flung all over the car. You’re not risking my life just so you don’t have to wear something that’s barely noticeable. Still be friends, just never get in a car with her again. It ain’t worth the risk.
