Stay calm, don’t panic. Don’t overreact. The courts should point out that when the New Poster For THE TIGER’S APPRENTICE Releasing On Paramount On February 2 Shirts in addition I really love this constitution amendment was proposed, it was in the legislature’s power to fix the wording. Now that it has passed, the legislature should uphold their oath of office to abide by the state’s constitution. They will argue that the wording was confusing and therefor invalid. The wording that they pushed through. Backsies! This will fail in courts. The same watch groups that are suing states over jerrymandered voter districts will be all over it. I’d love to think that would be true… but the Supreme Court of Ohio has already declared the gerrymandered districting map in the state to be unconstitutional. They ordered the legislature to redraw the maps. The legislature “tried” and basically said they couldnt agree on a solution. And Ohio is somehow still using the unconstitutional maps. I truly don’t get how they are getting away with it, but here we are.

This behavior is a consequence of not holding Trump and his minions immediately accountable for the New Poster For THE TIGER’S APPRENTICE Releasing On Paramount On February 2 Shirts in addition I really love this Insurrection he planned and executed. What’s ironic is that the actual wording of the amendment is very clear and concise; it was the summary written by LaRose and the arguments by the NO side that was misleading and in fact in many cases were down right lies. In other words, the GOP thinks the good people of Ohio were too dumb to know what they were REALLY voting for so we need to fix that. The Ohio Supreme Court already upheld the then-ballot initiative against a lawsuit on the grounds this mentioned. Constitutional amendments do not have to specify what laws they nullify. That has never been the case, and the Ohio SC affirmed it. Also, the Ohio SC has jurisdiction over cases arising from the Ohio constitution, which is outlined in the constitution. The legislators can’t just change it.
