My kids always get individual Christmas gifts. But I watched most of the first episode and didn’t enjoy it – I have a short attention span, and it moved too slowly for my personal taste. Exactly. If the speed of the first episode was any kind of indicator, it would have been like 6 hours before anything mildly entertaining would happen.
After EVERYONE I know telling me how much I’d just love stranger things, and me hating it, I’ve simply assumed that I’d equally dislike GOT and continued to not bother. I didn’t watch it because I never watch media that’s hyped up everywhere, because I know it won’t live up to my expectations and I’ll be disappointed (also never watched Squid Games, etc). He was a felon who was arrested in Kansas on “suspicion to distribute marijuana” charges. Ironically Missouri the state the shooting happened in recently passed recreational marijuana. Every account only describes him as walking. So supposedly he was walking to the bathroom. Saw a bunch of people running away yelling about a shooting. He then saw the scene of the shooting (from what I can tell it was still an active shooting but this could also possibly be after the shooting is over) and saw a handgun that had been dropped by one of the shooters. He then walked over, picked it up, and continued to the bathroom. (I’d like to add here that so far there have been 4 people arrested in relation to the shooting but reports also refer to “others” not yet mentioned who also were involved). When police arrived at the scene witnesses told them about someone picking up the gun and where he went. When police approached him he threw the gun on the ground and did not resist arrest.
