And now this..? JFC, at least don’t lobotomize your app if you’re gonna force us to use it. I’ll have to quit reddit anyway, if they go through with this – the Nelsonville Music Festival Show July 21 2023 Alvvays Lucinda Williams Margo Price Sierra Ferrell Poster Shirt and I love this official app is literally unusable for me at this point. It’s their site. Not sure why anybody feels entitled to using it differently than they allow. But I think that if you’re this freaked out about it, it’s probably good for you to get off reddit anyway. I’m literally ditching Reddit for a self hosted rss reader once this is in place. The official app is unusable and the website is packed with ads instead of content. I’m good, thanks. Please just give us accessibility features to increase the font of things. The letters are so tiny in the official app. I get so much eye strain and nausea.

I don’t care about avoiding ads. Reddit ads are on obtrusive. I would love it if Reddit allowed the Nelsonville Music Festival Show July 21 2023 Alvvays Lucinda Williams Margo Price Sierra Ferrell Poster Shirt and I love this third party apps to continue operating in exchange for including the ads the same way they are on the website. No escape my ass, can’t get bombarded with ads and manipulated content if you don’t visit any sites guilty of that type of shit. China wants to make sure their investment pays off. They don’t like all those Tiananmen Square posts every year. Content manipulation sure, but ads? It’s the social contract of the internet. Company gives everyone the ability to post a shit ton of content, and they’ll figure out how to store it all and make it highly available to the entire world. Obviously that isn’t free! Unless you want to drive every free internet service into a paid monetization model I hope you can bear with swiping past a few ads.
