edit: my original paragraph was all over the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this place and hard to read. sorry about thatRun don’t walk, even McDonald’s is hiring at 15 in most places. Call an ambulance at work and sue them when they fire you for retaliation. You deserve better OP. Time for a new job. I suggest an evening job so you can do medical appts and therapy during the day. Your boyfriend needs to get a job as well – no excuses. No, it sounds like you need to leave this abusive place. Not only are they pressuring you to come in sick, they are doing this with a disregard of the safety of the children and families the school serves. thank you so much for this response. honestly the most concerning thing to me about this whole situation is how they aren’t putting the needs of the CHILDREN first. If employees are sick they shouldn’t feel pressured to go to work where they can get the kids sick. my director literally bragged about staying at work the whole day with strep…

NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt: buy and enjoy this shirt

So, between August and December, you missed 10 days of work? And were also off (and paid for) fall break and Christmas break? we didn’t get a fall break, just a christmas break. it was a week. we did have a day off for presidents’ day though i had the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this flu i was out for a week and then had a gi infection and was out for a few other days. my co workers also were out with the same stuff because it was caught in the school. Am I the only one that sees that they will never fire OP? They prefer to make her life hell and count on her never leaving, and becoming increasingly “indebted” to them because of their “leniency” in not firing you for all the sick days. Jobs working with young children are high-skill, high-demand, and low pay. Missing 20 days for illness might be an inconvenience to them, but they’d be way more screwed if she left – but it would take a lot longer to fill the position than that.
They are trying to get you to quit so no unemployment benefits. Otherwise they would fire you. Sorry for all the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this health issues. As far as the so called boyfriend. He needs to MAN up and start pulling his weight. I mean what boyfriend sits and watched his girlfriend go through all this? Smell the coffee please. My only other advice would be to maybe see a psychologist and don’t get with a guy who doesn’t have a job unless it’s a very brief time and no fault of his own. Reading this, I see two separate issues. First, your boss sounds like an abusive tyrant. I can’t imagine going crazy like that on any of my employees. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional. The other issue is that, and I hope I don’t sound harsh, you sound like perhaps you’re not the greatest employee. 2 weeks of being sick in just a few months is…a lot.

Description for NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt

I’m not saying you weren’t sick, have OCD, PTSD, a panic disorder, and chest, stomach, and heart pain but whew, your post is setting off a lot of alarm bells on my head. Hey, no you don’t sound harsh at all! thank you for being honest and kind. i agree with you, 10 days is a lot of days to take off half way through the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this school year. i genuinely just had a rough winter and the flu took me OUT. i’ve never been in a situation like this before as i never take off work this much. and lol when you listed all my “issues” out it makes it sound like so much ahhh This absolutely awful, you need a new job yesterday. Why isnt your boyfriend working? Why is all this on you? You need a new life away from both pieces of shit. If you are a teacher there may be penalties for quitting the job early in your state. Check for those first. If you have a union, report it to them. But, yeah you need to get out of this place.
haha yeah i’m sorry about the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this way i worded my post it’s definitely all over the place. i tried to fix it a bit. i am neurodivergent so it’s hard for me. and yeah, they want to have a talk with me tomorrow so if they don’t fire me im gonna try to stand up for myself and then quit after i find a new job. The speaker is a preschool assistant teacher who has been working for about a year. They recently had changes in their paid time off policy, now needing to accrue days instead of having them upfront. Sicknesses are common in their workplace, and they often use up their days due to illnesses. They’ve been experiencing health issues themselves but have been denied time off to see a doctor. Despite needing time off for both physical and mental health reasons, they’ve been threatened with consequences if they take more days off. Their bosses have been treating them poorly, making fun of them, and dismissing their health concerns. Recently, when they called out sick due to food poisoning, their boss screamed at them, accused them of lying, and hung up on them, causing them severe distress. They question their worth at their job and wonder if they’re overreacting or if their boss was out of line.
It’s illegal for them to deny you to go see a doctor for illnesses. I would find a new job, they are being abusive. Toxic work place. i’m really sorry about that, i wrote this right after my boss called and was just not in the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this right place mentally. I might be in the minority, but it sounds like with you being sick all the time you are an unreliable as an employee. I wouldn’t want you working for me honestly with you missing this much time. And it’s honestly not right how they’re treating you either. Your leech of a man needs to get any job he can immediately and you need to start looking. Maybe with your health you’re someone that can’t work around kids. I disagree. I’m an employer is well and if someone is sick then they are sick. I don’t want them around if they are going to get others sick. Work places need to have empathy as well. i agree. and yes my bf has been out of a job for too long, his field is fairly hard to find work in. he just had an interview yesterday though! So it isn’t just sick days from kids, she said she took off days for all kinds of things. She also has all these other health issues that she needs checked out for and mental health issues. She mentioned that her doctor doesn’t work on the weekends, but she needs to find one that does for now. Or go in the evenings. Being sick due to the kids is just a piece of this pizza lol. Remember this ‘Every boss has a boss’.get in touch with the owner of the school your working for and spill the beans on all of them and how they are treating the employees. There’s more than 1 way to skin a cat and at this point you have nothing to lose..Do it before they fire you!
I think 2 things. First, this is not the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this job for you. Second, in your next job, make sure your health insurance covers therapy because you sound so young and are very invested in buzzwords to describe who you are-OCD, panic disorder, describing yourself as having trauma, and you have a belief that your employer should ask how you are. THEY DON’T CARE. You need coping skills to deal with life. I mean if you used up your days they gave you then you’re out of luck with that. Lots of jobs don’t even give sick days. Its been said 1000 times before, but these people do not follow Jesus. They have a completely fictional Americanized version of Christianity that they follow that preaches basically nothing but greed is good and intolerance and hate are virtues, the literal opposite of Jesus’ teachings.
Because, and I cannot stress this enough, conservative voters are flat out fucking morons. Just complete imbeciles. So,say anything scary and link it to what you don’t like and their total lack of the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this ability to reason makes them link those things forever. I grew up in a really small town. The question wasn’t if you went to church, it was whether you were Methodist, or Baptist. In hindsight, my mom was one of the most bigoted people I’ve met… until we moved to the “big city” and she got a job where she had to meet other people. Then she worked at a restaurant with GAY PEOPLE… and suddenly they were okay… they were just people. Then she worked out her career, was a kind person, and OOPS, fell back into hatred after she went back to church. Well look at the recent alabama ruling that says embryos are children, and thus dead embryos are dead children- to nutjobs like this, its the same thing Religious nutjobs are hardly known for making sense. But as someone who grew up in a family of these, I can tell you their reasoning. First, they believe that a woman only get pregnant if god intended her to. So if you’re getting rawdogged all week long and then get pregnant, that’s not consequences of your own actions, it’s god’s plan. And using this stupid logic, it follows that if you are unable to get pregnant, it’s god’s plan too. Which is one of the main reasons they oppose IVF and stuff – they believe it’s people “playing god” and “not trusting in his plan”. Don’t ask why the same logic doesn’t (usually) apply to medical treatments. There’s no logic to be found.
And second, because multiple embryos are made during IVF but only one ends up being used, they think it’s essentially a murder and a waste of human life. Similar to abortions. Don’t tell him that not all “natural” embryos attach and become babies. That kinda makes all women natural killing machines. Men with no anatomy knowledge at all should not be allowed to discuss anatomy. For IVF to be successful there are usually embryos created that are not used, that’s what they have the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this biggest issue with. I’m guessing that since this whole Alabama IVF thing, each round of IVF is now godless mass murder – and they’ll now claim that they’ve always said that, too. It just so happens I’m having a massive 20 child sacrifice party tonight. Followed by some pin the tail on the divorcee! “You know, most planes’ radar would lose target acquisition by now. Fortunately for you, I am not most planes!” “I was loaded with only two meesuls at ze base, they are so precious to me! But I will fire both of them at you, my leetul bandit!” $10 says that’s purposeful because this guy’s thinks “there’s no such thing as marriage between people of the same sex”
Oh yeah, that has to be it. “It looks like a marriage but isn’t real.” That’s very on brand for conservative humor. $100,000 says when she leaves him, he blames no-fault divorce or porn (not his own viewing!) or the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this gays somehow. And he used “…same sex mirage” and not “…same sex marriage.” When you are dying of dehydration in the desert, you see a mirage of water. I think he’s thirsty for a same-sex marriage! A lot of anti-gay crusaders use that term. It refers to marriage between same sexes as a mirage because it looks like one but isn’t real because it isn’t sanctioned by God. ”For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭14‬ ‭NIV‬‬ These actions don’t seem very loving to me. If I took away his right to have sex with his wife he’d probably be very upset (although can’t confirm for his wife) Yeah but if you think of “love” as “do whatever you can to keep a person from sinning their way into whatever hell you believe in” then all kinds of neato possibilities open up I suppose Think I’d rather chip in with the folks that are going to labor to ban the hostile christian takeover of American civil liberties instead.
I feel like this is coming from one of those backwards states. They’re going to try to ban trans people but accidentally ban circumcision. I would support that. Seems like it benefits all boys. Even once that decide to get sex reassignment surgery as adults tend to benefit from having that additional tissue. FGM is already illegal and has been since 1998 I think. Until then the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this option to burn your daughter clitoris with acid was offered and was considered similar to how circumcision makes the glans into a callus. Yeah I was like, huh, really turned it around on the last point and I can get behind banning child circumcisions. Oh wait. Damnit. God damn! We aren’t even allowed to have mirages anymore? What the fuck else are we supposed to see in the desert to make us insane? Edit – I see that some people actually think he is referring to circumcisions. I think it’s pretty obvious he is talking about trans people but my comment was to show 2 things. These people don’t actually specify the details of what they are banning so if history is anything to go by (anti abortion laws) they rush through a law and don’t realise what they have actually banned. These people are generally hypocrites. I can guarantee you he has watched porn but thought I would go down the circumcisions route as it tied in with not specifying the details.
Also there seems to be alot of people with NSFW profiles defending him. Please see the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this point where he wants to ban porn and thanks for proving my point about the hypocrisy. Let’s face it, he isn’t talking about circumcision, male or female. These days “Genital Mutilation” is a transphobe dogwhistle for gender reassignment. Same feel here, I was like one of these things is not like the others but of course it was just more trans hate🫠 I mean, it would only be breaking his own beliefs if he had his kids circumcised, not if he himself was victimized as a baby. What are the odds that his son is circumcised would make more sense, as he didn’t have much control over what his parents did to him at that age. Yo those same sex mirages are a trip. Was roaming the desert once and I coulda sworn two dudes were fuckin, right there in the sand, I ran up to join in and they just disappeared. So they want to turn the US into a theocracy but are trying not to paint it as such. How long before the forced conversions? The very people who yell FREEDOM are unaware of the fact that the US isn’t in the top 15 Freest countries. We didn’t make the list because of certain religious “rulers” legislations indicating that religion is the opposite of freedom (as it is a form of oppression). Their quest for freedom comes at the expense of Americans deemed lesser-than as they claim religion as the reason why (but not all religions, just mine).
I’m so sick of Christians hiding behind religion when they largely ignore the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this teachings of Christ and what is actually found in the Bible’s text. As far as I’m aware there are bylaws that prevent people being in a train station if they don’t intend to travel. Mostly used to prevent anti-social behaviour not used to prevent people having a sleep. I’ve not heard of any bylaws, the staff at my local station let me in without any intention to travel, though I’m generally there to watch trains and I’m not bothering others unless I encounter some moody bugger who doesn’t care for a little 3pm train horn I think with your situation they understand that people have hobbies, and for as long as you remain respectful they aren’t going to be bothered about enforcing any bylaws.
Yeah, plus I generally hang out at the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this end of the platforms where people don’t generally wait because I can get the good horn there Adding to this to say that this is why the term “houseless” came into use. Many people have a place to BE, they aren’t sleeping rough, but they don’t have a house. Smaller stations but not that remote, will be monitored by CCTV and while you might get away with it for a couple of nights, there’s a fair chance you’ll be moved on eventually. That said, for a one off, you’ll likely get away with it in a lot of places. I’ve slept at a number of stations in the UK. I even got locked in to a station once – I did this on purpose because i had a training course I needed to get to which started at 9am and the only train I could get got me there the night before; the tiny waiting room had a button you could press to switch the heater on for 10 minutes. I was lovely and snug warm in my sleeping bag. Felt very safe since the station had been locked up (the door to the waiting room was unlocked so no issue if a fire broke out!)
I pitched a tent on a platform a few months back, after cancellations and non-functioning help points, and no staff, and no mobile signal, left me stranded. I just happened to be going on a camping+hiking trip so had a tent, sleeping bag, etc with me. Had to tie it to a bench and a bin, what with the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this absence of peggable ground. They’ll get moved on. I fell asleep at a train station once and they left me there till closing then asked me to leave. (I was pissed out my head not homeless). Done that before but due to a train mix up on lines – waited at staton until 4am and then short wait until could get a night bus at 4.30am. The transport options were not well aligned. If it is a busier station that has trains all night, the staff usually wander across to check what is going on and you’re not in need. Then either leave you alone or come back for a chat and sometimes offer a tea. Night staff are usually quite nice though the police were there three times last time it happened due to train drivers phoning ahead for help. Edit: Should stay I wasn’t homeless just travel the late trains a lot and sometimes journeys go wrong so not “looking homeless” probably helps but see the homeless a lot on those trains – usually searching the seats for left/lost money/items or trying to raise cash for a hostel/food.
I got kicked out of a few in my time but it depends on local individuals. I slept on a bench in Inverness station for a week once without issue. I got kicked in the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this ribs in Victoria London 5 minutes after lying down and told to leave. (1990s) Small regional stations are the same, one will be welcoming, the next will be hatred. There’s no rule. In the early hours of the morning, someone just came up to me and tried to take my gold ring off of me as i was laying there sleeping. scared the fk out of me. but luckily, as soon as they realised I was conscious of what was happening, they just left. Sadly, usually through necessity. They are in survival mode and that’s how things are when you get that low. Personally I was always too scared to sink that far but I was 16-18 when I was homeless and afraid of my own shadow. That’s maybe why I made it back? Once you add guilt onto all the other problems that led people to street sleeping it becomes a bigger conflagration.
You are right, but I can’t imagine what kind of position I would need to be in to attempt to steal a ring off a sleeping person’s finger. You’re as capable of it as the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this next man. History is full of examples of men doing wonderful or depraved things. It all comes down to learned behaviour and circumstances. It depends. Some train stations you have to pay for tickets to enter the platforms. My train station doesn’t have that yet. There’s a vagrancy law that’s currently being replaced. There’s abit of a stink over it though, as there are claims stating that the new law being drafted is more draconian. As a former homeless person, this is actually one of the worst places to sleep. You regularly get drunken nobheads wandering through thinking they are funny for doing stuff like trying to light you on fire or pissing on you etc. To answer your question though, staff will ask you if you are waiting for a train and ask to see your ticket. If you have none they will ask you to leave. Just because people might be curious, the best thing to do when you are homeless is try get a late night gym membership. It’s warm in winter, you have a place to shower, a locker for keeping your stuff safe and a changing cubicle you can lock and sleep in for a bit. Legally, during the day time, then yes but if asked to leave, it becomes a trespass. At night after closing, it’s a trespass.
Logically, they can do whatever the NCAA 2025 Mens Final Four San Antonio March Madness Bracket Is Set Auburn Duke Houston Florida shirt In addition,I will do this hell they want. Being homeless allows a certain level of carte Blanche when it comes to sleeping in certain places. If a homeless person is just sleeping and causing no issues or disruptions, they can sleep and sit wherever they like as far as I’m concerned. It’s the very least we can do as a society to look after the vulnerable. I got stranded at a train station once. Tried to sleep there, had two chares from a caffe together as the benches had the arms in the middle so you csnt lay down. Got away with it for a bit but got kicked out after a while. So slept in macdonalds instead. Much prefer the train station as it is quite and not full of crack heads or drunk people. I think homless people have got bigger problems to worry about than getting in ‘trouble’. He would probably just get asked to move on.
