I know its frowned upon in Indian societies but if you have the option for medication do take it. It helped a lot in my case. You also need to read up about it and understand the way and how you behave. You will have a very large tendency to procrastinate and day dream since most mundane things don’t simulate you enough. There are loads of material out there to help plan and mitigate these problems. All the best op and hope you overcome the difficulty you are facing at the moment. I too had a very similar spiral to what you went through but have now started to find my feet now. It’s a struggle but it’s worth it at the end of the day. Yes op. And it help with the rash decisions and impulses. Also just try and be aware whether the decision decision is due to adhd or otherwise, if u have that, it’ll reduce issues to a large extend. My psychiatrist prescribed me inspiral 20mg. You can consult with your psychiatrist on what meds and dosage works best for you.
