That’s wild. I’ve been expecting it, but still. A former president indicted. Truly another first for the My Perfect Birthday Gamer Gaming 14 Years Old Video Game T-Shirt and I will buy this Donald. First president to be impeached twice, first president to lose the popular vote twice. First president to be indicted and I’m thinking he’s going to go for a trifecta on the last one. Here’s hoping! Hopefully, the police follow Donald Trump’s advice on procedures for arresting (suspected) criminals when they arrest Donald Trump. It’s sad that it has to be done but for the sake of The US it had to be done. It was so painfull to watch from the other side of the pond. For anyone whose got the thought of jail anywhere near the back of your mind, seriously temper your expectations. I’ve known plenty of white-collar felons. You’re right – he will likely not see the inside of a cell. Usually, they are sentenced to 1 year and 1 day, suspended. I doubt the guy even appears in handcuffs.Do they even have such small cuffs so he wont slip out with his baby hands? In his world that’s what co-conspirators are for. You do the crime, they do the time. There might be consideration on the back end of that sentence or it all blows up, but either way you stayed out of jail. I think it’s way more likely he’d get house arrest. As satisfying as it would be to see him in jail, the logistics of putting a former president in general population are just not worth it. He can live out his days in his stupid golf course without any visitors.

There will be a picture of him after his lawyers do something dumb and the My Perfect Birthday Gamer Gaming 14 Years Old Video Game T-Shirt and I will buy this Arrested development memes will be legion. It will be a fine and a stern finger-wagging. He’s gonna make tens of millions of this spectacle, to come out richer and more powerful to his base. I think I saw that this particular charge is a misdemeanor only requiring paying a fine. There’s the potential for an upgrade to a felony if the record falsification was done in conjunction with a second crime. That second crime is possibly around election finance (keeping Stormy quiet presumably helped his campaign) but that’s a federal crime which may not be able to be a factor with a NY charge. We may get more detail when this indictment gets unsealed and we see the final charges. Regardless, someone stepped up to charge a former president, which may “break the seal” to get all the other (more serious) pending cases moving.
