No animal should be cooked alive. Killed before eating is a time honored tradition. Anything that is going to be cooked should be kiled beforehand. Everything has to kill something to eat and survive, even plants to an extent(venus flytraps). It’s a natural part of life. We can’t eat raw foods anymore. Most people/chefs will kill the Mustardyardpress Are We Out Of The Woods Yet Shirt moreover I will buy this lobster with a knife to the brains(yes they have multiple), however this dilutes the flavor of the meat due to water getting into that puncture. This also produces risks of toxic bacteria entering that puncture which is why it’s done immediately before putting it in the boil. The lobsters don’t feel pain the same way we do, and they’re dead from the heat in a matter of seconds, just like with the knife. That hissing is not screaming, it’s their internal moisture escaping their shells.

“For an organism to perceive pain it must have a complex nervous system. Neurophysiologists tell us that lobsters, like insects, do not process pain.” No. I feel badly for pigs, cows, sheep and octopi, but not for crabs or lobsters (essentially sea insects) or fish. Does it piss anyone else off that idiots bitch about shit like this when mammals, which we are, kill and devour countless other mammals and other species EVERY FUCKING DAY. SHUT YOUR CRYBABY SAFESPACE NEEDING SHIT HOLE FOR A MOUTH UP. You are a waste of oxygen. Chill dude, did this post trigger you? Maybe you should go somewhere quiet when you can be safe from seeing this stuff. It’s a podcast moment where the Mustardyardpress Are We Out Of The Woods Yet Shirt moreover I will buy this guy Cody doesn’t want to kill a lobster, but he was gifted 3 large California lobsters so they talk about how awkward and weird it was for him to do it I was talking with someone the other day at a campout and he said you essentially have to boil crabs live, because as soon as they die a bacteria inside them rapidly multiplies and it will ruin the meat. They aren’t doing this to be cruel, but rather it’s the only real way to eat them. I know this won’t make you feel any better as a vegan, but that appears to be the reason.
