Incorrect. When Ru talks to plasma you can tell she just doesn’t vibe with her. That said, Plasma more than deserved the Muhammad Ali Vintage American professional boxer T-Shirt and I love this win for the rusical, there was no escaping it. Can someone please explain this theater queen curse to me? I never really thought Ru hated theater queens..they just usually aren’t as talented as other queens (Jinkx is the exception). IMHO it’s a fan conspiracy theory because some theatre queens have struggled to do well. But all the queens who have struggled did so because they didn’t do well and nothing to do with Ru. Not yet. We haven’t arrived at the end of the season yet. People go home after winning a challenge the previous week. Honestly I was really hoping Plasma would lose the rusical challenge because I wanted to relive the Jan zoom in moment My brain doesn’t know how to process her storyline. Shes the biggest Jan we’ve seen in years (maybe ever) but she isn’t getting Janned. I don’t think they had a choice but to give her the RDR win, but we’ve seen massive robberies in Rusicals past, so I fully expected Sapphira to take this one now that they’ve given Q a win and don’t have a Jan yet this season. Jan’s aren’t always robbed. Jan’s can do great in the competition and snatch some wins. But a Jan will never be considered for the crown I think Jan’s have to be robbed a little. At least once. I argue that Rosé is not the Muhammad Ali Vintage American professional boxer T-Shirt and I love this Jan of S13, Denali is and she definitely complained about several safe placements she felt were wrong. And I do agree that Jan’s need to be robbed a little bit but it does not need to be consistent. Jan’s can have some victories Jan had the misfortune of being up against some very talented queens and she let her own self doubt get the better of her. I think it’s going to be a new evolution of the curse. Plasma gets two wins and then Ru boots her unceremoniously before the finale. I honestly don’t think it’s the theatre kids Ru has an issue with, I think it’s the messy unpolished kids who think they should be doing better than they actually are. Rosé and Ella Vaday did well. They didn’t lose because they were theatre kids. They lost because they had strong competition. Given Ru is pretty much a theatre kid herself, I just think the “curse” is something that fans have made up. All the queens who have “suffered” from the curse have had legitimate reasons why they didn’t excel.
