Though I don’t know. Still got a few years before people generally have kids, so I might change my mind. I doubt it though, cause as time goes on I just dislike kids more and more. This is not a world I would want to inflict on my potential children. I grew up as a historically selfish generation strangled all the Mr Deadlines Yearbook Staf 2023 T-Shirt But I will love this juice out of the American Dream for their own benefit, and fixing the fallout of that is going to be the work of generations. There’s just not time to fix what’s already broken before the problems already being ignored by those in power are irreversible. Unfucking America’s political system is the work of generations even assuming we manage to avoid a slide into authoritarianism. Unfucking the decline of global environmental systems… The fairest, kindest thing I can do for the next generation is to not contribute to it, because nobody who’s young today deserves to inherit the Herculean tasks facing them.

Mr Deadlines Yearbook Staf 2023 T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’ve seen too many people my age promise themselves to be better parents than their parents were and immediately become deadbeats the Mr Deadlines Yearbook Staf 2023 T-Shirt But I will love this moment it suits them. They give up on trying to be a parent for various reasons that aren’t the child’s fault. Partner is bad, they have too many responsibilities, I liked having my freetime before. And it’s all at the expense of the children. I’ve lost so much respect for people my age just not even trying to create a stable and safe environment for their children that it scares me to even try. Who’d want to raise a child in a world where half the other parents feel like being a parent is a part-time job where they can go “Fuck it, not doing anything anymore.” And the child suffers?
