You’re all over the Movie Stranger Things Retro shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this place here. Some of those items are well-founded, but some of them are straight pseudoscientific malarkey. With phones, that’s rubbish. You’re probably thinking of the oft-debunked theory that microwaves cause harm, but the only thing they actually cause in your body is warmth, and they’re far too weak to warm any part of you to any noticeable degree. Your body has an extensive thermoregulatory system for a reason, and it routinely manages vastly heavier thermal loads than anything your phone is capable of. (Unless it bursts into flames, anyway.) Laptops are another story—some of them can get hot enough to harm your testicles—but you’ll notice pretty quickly because that kind of heat also harms your skin. Keep your laptop running cool, and you and your man-parts will be fine. This is only relevant shortly before bed. Otherwise, blue light from screens isn’t going to harm you any more than blue light from the sun.

But yes, blue light from a screen (and, perhaps more importantly, the Movie Stranger Things Retro shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this excitement of whatever’s displayed on it, like a video game or movie) is certainly disruptive to sleep. I don’t know about its effect on testosterone, but sleep is plenty important too. If you’re going to look at a screen shortly before bed, use dark mode and color temperature shifting (usually called “Night Light” or similar). This will eliminate the vast majority of both the blueness and the brightness of the displayed image. But beware that the darkness won’t do you any good if the image itself keeps you awake, like a horror story or infuriating news article. Well, you won’t find many arguments against the concentrated sugar in candy being harmful. Not sure where you’re going with food dyes, though. eating from plastic bowls/plates, using plastic utensils to handle food, drinking from plastic bottles, avoid plastic where ever possible (research microplastics)

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
